This is the one I settled on and love it. I use mine all day as a monitor replacement so I needed a comfortable solution. I also run mine halo style without the apv face gasket so the headset it floating in front of me without touching my face. It is amazing.
@globularcluster product idea - could you make a thin magnetic pad for no lightseal mode? could provide that last bit of comfort and can block out light while keeping headset close to your eyes
I‘m using the globular cluster headstrap since august. It is important that the entire weight lies on the top-strap and to tilt the vision pro. So you don‘t need to tighten the headstrap to much, which could get uncomfortable.
Brother I have issue with the Globular Cluster CMA1 Comfort Mod. I bought it from Amazon for my Apple Vision Pro, and I love it. However, I can’t find a comfortable travel case that fits it. Could you please suggest some options or provide links where I can purchase the perfect travel case? I’ve already bought a couple of things, but they don’t work with the-Globular Cluster CMA1 Comfort Mod... please help me let me know
I’ve settled for the moment on the Annapro A1 with solo knit. I bought a battery adapter that allows it to be clipped to the rear of the solo knit which really helps. I can easily wear this setup on a 2 and half hour indoor training session on indoor bike watching Plex and TH-cam to ease the boredom. I can I clip the battery for movie and couch browsing sessions. A2 is on order. This type of headset is similar to the S3 I have for my Quest and I did find this becomes heavy over time. I am intrigued though.
@@NeilLavitt that’s interesting to know, I personally on my travels prefer a slim setup so Annapro is preferred but I do think I will get good use as out the GC. I just want to make informative content for anyone who needs to see the options and most will have found Annapro as a starting point but This is a very good system if you need that counter balance built in.
@ oh completely. I’ve seen the GC headset but been put off by the janky clip that hold the whole thing to the VP. I just fear it’s an accident waiting to happen. I didn’t get on with the A1 initially but tried the thinnest pad and it worked much better. I truly wish Apple would at least put some $’s into a product that has this function. They could market it at long session wearers. Hopefully they collaborate but I suspect their marketing people just won’t allow it.
@@justinbaker2883 only when on swapping padding wanted to be cable free for that, but at the end you can see it’s connected when I wear it the longest. But yeah funnier if I was wearing it for ages unplugged
