Thank you for reminding us that we are uniquely imprinted. Sometimes social media allows me to get caught up in the comparison game feeling as though, I must not be loved by God as much as some others.. because I always struggle to shine and find my light. And the distribution of attributes, features, and privileges and beauty just seem so unfair. It is disheartening.

We are not covered under the blood of Jesus, that was never a covenant. Jesus shed His BLOOD for the remission of our sins ONLY. There's no where in the bible that says we are covered under the blood of Jesus. We're under the grace of God!
It does not explicitly say but the concept is very much there. Especially if you look into the covenant itself and its purpose. Jesus paid the ultimate sacrifice but this sacrifice, God had tried to establish it years before his coming. For example, the Israelites marked their doors with blood so when death came, it knew to “pass over” them. Blood was for the redemption of sin but also for protection i.e. covering. With death in that land, no-one would be spared without protection (blood of the lamb on the door). If we are redeemed of sin we are also protected from God’s final judgement and wrath because we are now grafted into His kingdom due to Christ’s ULTIMATE/FINAL sacrifice. There are other times in the Bible where yearly sacrifice had to be paid by high priests to atone for the sins of the people.

Sis, that was a one time blood sacrificial that Jesus paid for the redemption of our sins through His grace. Yes, those instructions were given to take a lamb without blemish, take it's blood, and put it over their door post so death wouldn't hit their homes. That's it, that's all. For that specific time. We are not exempt from the judgement of God. Death is due unto us all. If we are covered under Jesus' blood, then no sin abides in this fleshly body which is not true. We have to live a righteous life. "For all have sinned and falling short of the glory of God." Romans 6:14-15 ) For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. 15.) What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but grace? Certainly not!
