Ma'am mujhe endometriosis hai..3 month pehle se dinogest tab kha rahi hu..abhi cyst ka size 26*11 mm he ,pehle61*48 mm tha.. kya abhi medicine continue karna hoga ya surgery karna parega please suggest kijiye..
