      Go for TVS ultrasound to locate the fibroid. If fibroid I'd submucus than surgery is required otherwise we can give you medicine

      After 3-6 month of surgery we can plan pregnancy. caesarean delivery is recommended

    Ma'am mera do bar already cystectomy ho chuki hain. Fir se mujhe dermoid cyst ho gya hain right ovary main. Main avi MBBS 1st yr main huu. Ma'am mujhe fir se cystectomy karwana chahiye kya
