After consulting many Doctors and doing physiotherapy no relief.I hv also done cupping but no relief.After your podcast I took help with supplements & got relaxed.I took calcium vitamin d manganese zinc and B12 and fish oil supplement, it helped me a lot.my pain disappeared and i can walk aaram se now
