Maybe a even better way is to get the health, device it by 100 to get a value between 0 and 1 and multiply the max walk speed by that value. Like this it's always smooth and you won't even have transitions. You can also do after the multiply a plus 100 or something to let the player not be standing almost still at low hp and not goin slower directly
Thats work perfectly for what I am trying to do, thanks you and Matt Aspland for leading me to this! It didn't work for me at first because my max health is different but once that was entered correctly it adjusts the speed perfectly, great stuff!
can you do a tutorial on a strength punch? with a strength/power variable that determines how far the ragdoll goes when you punch it? it will really help me out in my project
Is there a way to make moving legs, from a tutorial I learned to make a Guardian and a flying Guardian based of The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild. If I could learn to attach legs to a guardian and make it walk it would be good, I don't know how to?
You could probably use the legs from a different animation, and try to merge them onto your current ones. Love your videos as always. I have a question if maybe you know how to improve ue4 performance? My projects can get quite big and it just cant handle it. UE4 Becomes so laggy it is impossible to work with and I struggle to find any good info on how to fix this.
