I had hemithyroidectomy oparation 3 months back , after surgery i am having extreme fatigue and walking imbalance due to vitamin D and b12 deficiency. Later my thyroid levels changed became hypothyroidism. My symptoms fatigue,weakness, walking imbalance and brain fog , depression will go by taling thyroid tablet madam?
