I have been having Hyperthyroid for past 7 yrs. currently my test results are Free T3 =2.93 pg/mL , Free T4 = 0.87 mg/dL, TSH = 0.478 µU/mL, Anti Tg = 374.80 IU/mL and Anti-TPO >998.0 IU/ml . my doctor is suggesting to go for Radio active iodine therapy. I have been having Hyperthyroid for past 7 yrs. currently my test results are Free T3 =2.93 pg/mL , Free T4 = 0.87 mg/dL, TSH = 0.478 µU/mL, Anti Tg = 374.80 IU/mL and Anti-TPO >998.0 IU/ml . my doctor is suggesting to go for Radio active iodine therapy. My question is after this treatment will my Antibodies also become normal? as the Anti bodies will stop attacking my thyroid glands... Pls share your suggestion.

I got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 6 -8 months after getting diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I am vegetarian and struggling with adding protein in my diet without raising my sugar for example foods like Paneer , broccoli does not spike my blood sugar but u are recommending to avoid milk products and broccoli, cauliflower etc then what to eat , I take insulin 3-4x day

looks like u have autoimmune issue... such food trigger more autoimmune. so avoid them.
Please make video on how to live without thyroid and maintain normal blood report TSH, t3, t4 and healthy bones...which diet and exercise to follow...which all test should be done in regular basis
