I've just like to say that I have watched aLOT of videos and dislike watching some where they swing the weed Wacker from side to side and it is just hit and miss, I was very impressed to see what a good job YOU did...keep up the great work that you turn out...❤😊
So happy for Tyler, he's a super kid !!! You can't go wrong working with animals. This property turned out really nice. I personally rather watch somebody help people that need a little help rather than cleaning up vacant run-down properties, but, that's me. I figure there are enough people out there, elderly, handicapped or with some health issue that need help. Vacant properties are what they are and yes, it helps the neighborhood, that's true, but I rather see work done on occupied properties. That's just my personal thing. Some of those vacant properties actually look better covered in greenery then exposed as rotting , falling down houses which really are beyond repair.

The backyard looks like my place when I moved my mobile home on it. Mowed all .8 acres with a push mower. That was an effort! My next door neighbor mows the back of it when he mows his yard now. I have about 25x40 feet I do now.

27:25 that's exactly how I handle my leaves. Mulching them helps rebuild lawn soil. Sometimes raking is necessary like when there's high winds and my neighbors leaves blow into my yard.

I don't specifically recognize this property as yet, but it is nice that it is one that looks good with just a reapplication of basics, technique. The front curb done, the edging...the basic neatness of one set of shrubs, and it is on its way. 9:41/9:59 (The backyard, my first inclination is to "cheat" and do the largest area first, mowing, whatever was left wouldn't look intimidating.) Thanks for the bit on Tyler. Glad he is enjoying his job so much. Pleased the people thought to call you when they needed another boost. Going back more than once can be important to the family as well as the neighborhood. A gradual upgrade of hope, recognition. Like your plans for the summer. As cutting up downed tree limbs is often a "stuck point" for people, even for years, that "little" help was actually a big one. Enjoyed your choice of finding a perimeter wall and then mowing. That went well. Pleasant to see and the backyard useablility is back.

Super10x duper10x excellent. You know why i rate this with a perfect 10, first there is always a system in handling such job. Second the nice edging, trimming, gathering the excess soil as trash. And lastly using catcher while mowing.

I don't specifically recognize this property as yet, but it is nice that it is one that looks good with just a reapplication of basics, technique. The front curb done, the edging...the basic neatness of one set of shrubs, and it is on its way. 9:41/9:59 (The backyard, my first inclination is to "cheat" and do the largest area first, mowing, whatever was left wouldn't look intimidating.) Thanks for the bit on Tyler. Glad he is enjoying his job so much. Pleased the people thought to call you when they needed another boost. Going back more than once can be important to the family as well as the neighborhood. A gradual upgrade of hope, recognition. Like your plans for the summer. As cutting up downed tree limbs is often a "stuck point" for people, even for years, that "little" help was actually a big one. Enjoyed your choice of finding a perimeter wall and then mowing. That went well. Pleasant to see and the backyard useablility is back.
