Nothing to me is worse then the system going after an innocent man or a woman. If your guilty, like I was, then you own it, but not being guilty and being dragged thru the mud like this, I’d lose my mind. I’m glad he was able to sue those scumbags. Unbelievable.

I was born and raised in Jacksonville and I believe every local knows just how corrupt jso is. They screwed me when I was seventeen, not getting into it but I'm glad this guy prevailed.
I'm really sorry that you went through them screwing you over especially at such a young age . Well if you ever want to explain some of it there's probably a number of people here that would gladly read it .
I was a drilling reservist, and this is rampant with law enforcement agencies. The Constable tried to keep from reinstating me when I returned from my deployment in 2003.
Matt you are so right. Even if you are 100% innocent it CAN go bad. It's sad that law enforcement is full of people that WANT someone to be a bad person. They can't take being wrong. It's been overrun with sociopaths.
Hey Ian you should have never changed your military leave to vacation day, been there my self and had she written you up, grieve it, you would have won, it would have never got that for, but hey at least I hope they compensated you very well including all your back pay and pain and suffering and all legal fees, and I hope the news pap😮ers and the did a retraction?

So what if it can go wrong? That's the point of being in service, to be the one who stands up and dies on his feet while everybody else is running and hiding like a coward. Pussy ass little punk took a gag order. A man, a Marine would have stood his ground and made them publicly admit what they did and publicly subtle, no coward hiding, no little bitch moves, I want an apology I wanted admission and I want you to settle this in front of God and everybody. Otherwise, you fight it till the very last drop of blood is in you.
Wow! I have no words for what this man went through. Unfortunately I'm not surprised. Thx for allowing this man a platform & the ability to help others in similar situations. 👍 ❤️🙏
I agree with you but I really wish that he and his lawyer had never gone for the gag order because they had every right to expose the people involved especially that sickening woman ... once her name was out there in the news , more of her victims would have come forward ... she should have been investigated and I know she belonged in prison for abusing her power and outright lying .
@@manifestourdestiny3512 yeah doesn't it make you angry I feel so angry about what they did to this man but also the others who didn't fight back hard enough or didn't have the resources for a good lawyer . God that woman was so evil and the people who went along with her how to make it even more possible . It's so frustrating to know that she was never really bought to Justice I doubt any money personally came out of her estate but he should have tried for a civil suit going directly after her but is probably not possible . If a lot of people in law enforcement knew that they themselves could get physically sued and lose their homes and their retirements and their savings that would be a lot less corruption ... ... but this keeps happening because it comes out of the taxpayers dollars and so once again there's really no accountability not really not where it really hurts which is in the pockets like they did to this poor man for a long time ... and then the stomach where you're so broke you can't even eat well and I know what that's like I've been there I've lived in poverty in the past
What a great guy that dude is. Sad he lost his marriage in the midst of all that, im sure the stress of it didnt help his home life. You did great with this interview Matt, thanks again!
I think I would’ve still taken them to court to publicly shame them instead of accepting their offer the day before the trial. After everything they put him through they deserved to be exposed. I’m really glad he was firstly able to afford a really good lawyer, and secondly had army support throughout the whole process.
This enrages me. Evil villains with power go unchecked and destroy lives. They are the one committing crimes fabricating erroneous accusations and acting in bad faith and smearing his name and reputation. These cops are criminals and should be treated as such. How are they not charged with some sort of crime.
The public defender's office is corrupt to along with judges.I love my country but the government is another story full of greed and sin.We need to get more spiritual things in our lead offices.🙏
@@Red-ju4mi Yes that was why it was a fraud case because he gets paid when on military leave. That's also why he said that some people have abused that in the past and you are basically stealing money from them if you take military leave and not doing military functions. IDK if all employers paid for military leave but, working for the Sheriffs Department is not only a state paid job it's also a union job as well with all those benefits like paid insurances, pension, crazy good benefits packages, ect.
Even winning a civil judgment never makes up for the years of stress, anxiety, and harassment of not only this guy but his ex-wife family coworkers and fellow servicemen.
I am a database engineer for 8 adult jails and 2 juvenile jails across the country and let me just say this it's a very interesting job lol. Very proud of this guy for telling his story it's absolutely disgusting what he went through and nobody seems to care about it
Very disturbing and it makes me so angry that this rotten woman who started the whole thing didn't end up being prosecuted and put in prison herself for abusing the system and trying to destroy this poor man who did absolutely nothing wrong and was punished and penalized for serving his country . ... the fact that she did this to other people and they all got screwed over just is infuriating and makes me want to cry for those people
That woman, who was involuntarily transfered, likely tried this crap on the staff in her first place of employment. The first jail probably had enough, and could see the writing on the wall, that showed she was more of a problem than she was worth!
Dude, this was a GREAT guest and interview. I went and rewatched a few parts of this just to make sure I was fully understanding the timeline and try to glean what the motive could have possibly been. I started a union job working for my city a few years ago and I learned about this weird practice that, apparently, is pretty common. It's called, "Papering someone out the door." It basically involves a supervisor or supervisors, who have already decided that they want to get rid of someone. They will write people up for minor infractions. Oddly enough, most decent human beings will not involve their union reps in things like "Verbal warnings" or "Written warnings, reduced to a verbal," and those are the people who end up unwittingly accruing minor violations, which can be used to pressure them into resigning. But the sh1tty employees will not even acknowledge a warranted disciplinary situation. Unfortunately, it is the nice guys like Ian, who can get taken to the cleaners if they end up in the cross-hairs. The thing is, sometimes it's not a personal grudge or any significant issue that causes the situation. Union jobs are highly coveted and supervisors and management are constantly rotating in friends and family. And sometimes, the only way to open up a new spot for their friend's nephew, is to push someone else out. I'm just having trouble figuring out how this many people were so willing to go after an active member of the military, who is also a fellow officer. If ever there was someone that should get the benefit of the doubt, it would be someone like Ian. And now that I am typing it out.... maybe that's what it is. They may just resent someone like Ian because he is granted the right to get paid leave whenever he gets orders from his military unit. It probably bugs the sh1t out of them that Ian likely commands so much respect, due to his status as a soldier and being a well-liked C.O.... But I'm just speculating. Also kinda weird how administrative issues seem to be the type of thing that will cause cops to turn on each other. Where I'm from, the State Police had a scandal, where they basically got caught putting in for OT hours that they didn't work. Not that I'm condoning it, but even as a member as the taxpaying public, it is the type of thing that wouldn't bother me that much. They could just discipline the officers and have them pay back the money over time and call it a day. But they dropped the hammer on them and fired like 18 officers, including a few top brass. Just kinda crazy that they will get swiftly fired for that, but if 2 cops are caught on tape, ripping a guy out of the drivers seat during a traffic stop because they didn't like his attitude, they will be defended to the ENTH degree. Anyway, just came to say this was a great episode and wish Ian the best and ended up writing up another TLDR.
@@timbodnar6711 It was in Massachusetts. I'm pretty sure it was isolated mostly to the Northshore area of MA, like Danvers, Middleton, Beverly. They were definitely guilty and it is a lousy thing to do but I dunno.... I didn't think it was irredeemable. But they moved quick. The investigation was made public, a couple days later there were about 25 cops that were suspended and I believe they were handing out pink-slips within a month... maybe less.
One of the Massachusetts state cop scandals was if they were working an extra shift they could go home after 4 substantial tickets. Substantial meant going 15 over or driving to endanger. Something like that. So one night I'm driving down the highway doing 75 in a 65. And this car is tailgating me so bad that at one point I couldn't see their headlights in my rear view on my SUV. I pull over to the right hand lane so he can pass me, but instead he backs off. So eventually another car is in my way so I pull back into the left lane, and this car starts tailgating me again. So I finally had enough, so when I came up to a car in front of me I made a quick lane change into the right lane past him on the right then pulled back into the fast lane before car in the slow lane got in my way. So I could get away from him and put traffic between us. 2 minutes later I get pulled over and I noticed the headlights are the same as the car that was tailgating me. So he ended up writing me up for aggressive driving. He was just trying to get me to drive faster or do something so he could get out early. I went to the court and was explaining what happened and the clerk magistrate says are you insinuating that the police officer was tailgating you,? I say I'm not insinuating anything! I'm telling you exactly what happened and why I did what I did. You can draw your own conclusions. I was trying to get away from the person who was tailgating me and wasn't trying to be aggressive, rather safe. I don't like being tailgated and this guy wasn't driving safely and had a chance to pass me. I was trying to get away from a potentially bad situation. I then look at the officer and point at him and say ,"ask him if he was tailgating me",? They didn't ask him, but they did dismiss the ticket. The bastard tried to set me up so he could go home early. That's not good policing. I realize police are doing a job that needs to be done, but after that, I have lost respect for the state police. And people wonder why nobody likes cops anymore. This was minor compared to the ass kicking they give people in handcuffs.
I think it has to do with the 90 days leave he needed. Think about how they were going to cover his shift. Pay him and overtime for the person picking up the slack. And. Some folks get mad when they can't take time off for their cousins' birthday because you are serving your country.
something happened to my father, he did 10yrs for a crime he didnt commit before being let out. This was before I was born. That man was in the Korean war at 17yrs old and served 15yrs in the military just to get railroaded.
Ty Matt what an interview!!! My dad is a retired NYPD before he got called to be a cop he was a CO about a year. Growing up my dad made me take all the city test become of the pension and benefits etc but even he wouldn’t let me take the CO test . That’s not what I wanted to do and I end up becoming a mortgage broker. An old timer told my dad “you serve the time with the inmates” I give so much credit to those guys but unfortunately the few bad ones make the good ones look bad. He also told me stories after stories some about how the inmates would throw shit and piss at them. Absolutely disgusting
What bugs me about law enforcement is there are so many instances where one bad apple starts something and the rest of the subordinates go along with it “because they are just doing their job”. I wish more people had the courage and could have the faith in their fellow co workers that if they stand up for what as right the rest will too
They are cowards, that’s why half the cops became cops, they are to dumb and have no skills, they were bullied and now gonna show the world who the bad a** is, they were ex athletes that couldn’t make it in the big time and use all that testosterone and anger to ruin peoples lives, or military drop outs that couldn’t hack it then brag that they are veterans and hero’s. The other half that went in for the right reasons end up turning bad while the others end up quitting because there is no room for a good cop in a bad precinct, it’s all screwed up in a very bad way
Thanks for airing this mans story. It was totally credible and l was knashing my dentures right up until the day before the civil service hearing was due to be held. Two aspects of this case didnt surprise me, but the union rep suggesting that Ian cop a deal, that left a bad taste in my mouth. No surprise that the PD involved was corrupt, and also no surprises when the Army backed their guy up, but the Union should have done their duty and they dropped the ball. Just goes to show that at least one of their reps doesnt merit their position as far as representing the people who put their faith in the Union. That person needs to go, if they havent already been replaced. The whole thing should have been resolved at that point, between the PD and the Union. Im glad l heard Ians story, it needed telling. If it happened once, its likely its happened before, and will happen again. The Union needs to up its game, they are supposed to stand between corrupt police officials and the men and women they represent. As Ian mentioned, not everybody can afford a decent lawyer. In my mind, that makes the Union even more important to its members. This case could have easily gone sideways, as it very nearly did at several junctures.
Glad to see this guy came out a winner. I wonder what happened with his wife who obviously wasn't around when his law suit came through. Looking at him, he seems to have a financial and a at home level of peace and security. His work ethic was and is rewarded.
I really like your INNER-G!!! I love that you did your time, paid your dues and are willing to bring people onto your show to SHARE their story as well. This channel is a safe place for me bro I swear to God! I been thru the system so many times, it’s so refreshing to hear that I wasn’t alone causing hell on earth 😂😂❤❤

I know a few people that were law enforcement here in Florida. They all got out and said the same thing. There is to much corruption in law enforcement
This story just really proves how corrupt our police departments are. If this can happen to a law abiding corrections officer/national guard reservist, what are they willing to do to every other citizen?
It can happen to anybody at any time. People are all corruptible. You too. I'm sure u believe your not. I'm sure you will say you are. Anybody who really thinks that is the most corruptible. Get real. Ofcourse there is corruption in positions of power. Where else would it be
Jobs that have this power such as police , care workers , priests etc tend to attract the worst people because of that power they know they can use it to their advantage , police often abuse people , care workers often abuse the people they care for and priests often abuse children ...its not what they are doing that causes this its the fact they are already like this and see the opportunity to be able to do these things with the protection of what they are behind them .
I live in Suffolk County, NY. I can verify that here in NY they are absolutely like this. They will make an arrest with little to no evidence and immediately throw out a plea deal in the hopes you don't fight the charge and accept the plea deal and they get a win and you lose your freedom.
Ian, thank you for your service. I’m sorry you had to endure all of this. I would love to have a man as upstanding and courageous as you! Thank you for sharing your story, and thank you to Matthew as well ❤.
I live in Jax and now I understand so much better why jso officers are so pissed off most of the time . I'm so glad you fought back and didn't settle .
This was an amazing story. This one "NYPD Tapes: A Shocking Story of Cops, Cover-Ups, and Courage" preceded this by a couple of years. I listened to Adrian Schoolcraft on the radio years ago and was on the edge of my seat. There are plenty of links to check out, but landing an interview with him would be a home-run.
Really crooked and they should have investigated that rotten woman and she should have gone to jail herself for all the lies and the abuse of power and all the resources and money she wasted . This makes me so Furious what they did to this man and the public has the right to know that rotten woman's name
imagine you pay a lawyer to help and the lawyer assumes you're guilty too and doesn't even look at your case until the day of the hearing. have seen this happen. have to admit, it scares me a bit.
I wounded if a female was messing with him. He could of had a affair with her and broke it it off. It’s just weird a female is jetting to get someone fired.
Had it happen to me. Called my lawyer for 2 months, wouldn't call me back, calls 9pm the night before a 9am court appearance, tells me im fucked, during court they add 2 charges, and when I say what's going on? He turns to me and says shut up you can't talk right now. I called a new lawyer the second i walked out and never paid that dude a dime. 2nd lawyer told me it should of never gotten this far and I'm being railroaded because the lawyer and DA were friends trying to get an easy conviction
I’m glad to hear the military supported Ian through all of this, and of course I wish him the best. I hope the settlement was big and painful enough to make them rethink their actions, but I doubt it. People with the kind of psychological issues that make them act the way that woman did (and the bad actors from the sheriff’s office) are usually incapable of change. I’m glad she is no longer employed.
I worked as a wage/union employee for the main John Deere plants in Waterloo, Iowa. The benefits they give our military men and women whether they’re active, reserves, guard, etc., are excellent. If a person gets deployment orders, for example, a year or two, the job they leave is always there’s to come back too. If for whatever reason the job becomes obsolete or moved outside local operations, they get the pick of another job that’s exact in classification and pay, but by seniority. They also continue to accrue seniority during their leave so the only thing that might stand in their way is if someone owns the job and is senior to them. Our local UAW at John Deere offers one of the best health insurances in the country. During any military leaves and orders, their health insurance is still active for the employee and spouse and family. Finally, their pay remains equal while on order and leave. For example, while on leave, John Deere pays that person what their normal hourly rate is and calculate it with their military wages using average earnings. So if a person’s average earnings for a 40 hour week at John Deere is $1000 and their weekly pay from the military is $400, John Deere offsets that amount with $600. They’re very pro military and I suppose it’s also union negotiated too. But law enforcement is usually unionized and one would assume the biggest ally of military persons too. This is horrible what this man went through.
Government (military) should have stepped in and showed his paperwork and quashed that shit immediately. Hope he gets a decent settlement from that sorry ass department.
This story starts to unfold and become more and more unbelievable! This poor gentleman has been through it, this really makes me angry. Such a waste of time, tax dollars, energy etc. Not to mention the hurdles and hardships it caused for Ian. BTW, y’all could almost be brothers, you resemble each other! (That’s a compliment, both of you very handsome men).
Psychological evaluations should be mandatory to weed out PETTY people. I'm dealing with this same sort of sh t but through OWCP federal workers compensation. I've had an open claim for 20 years because I'm cripple but I have this c nt James T. Murphy giving me grief. The guy closed my case absent notice and due process for 1.5 months. He reopened it when I became aware and called him out on it, because my pharmacy scrips were denied by OWCP.. About 4 months later the c nt closed my case again. It took 4 months via the OWCP appeal process to get his BS overturned on the grounds he abused his authority. OWCP was aware of this and even with my requests they didn't move him off of my claim. So most recently the c nt closed my case on IDENTICAL grounds to the second time, except he had notice that those aren't sufficient grounds based on my prior appeal ruled in my favor. So now I have solid grounds to go after this POS for intentional infliction of pain and suffering. I'm waiting on this second appeal, which WILL come out in my favor. Once I get that I'm going after this sh t head. If you're healthy try to stay that way. Claims examiners are notorious pieces of sh t.
You're a hell of a lot nicer than me because if they had put me through all that for all that time I would have still done the hearing especially if it was going to get the same results+embarrassing them. That way maybe they will stop doing this to future employees since like you said you wasn't the first person they did this to so that means you wont be the last either.
Good interview ~ Mr. Murray is never going to be the same, never. This stress man endured will haunt him for the rest of his life ~ However, I feel like there’s something missing, or more to this very unfortunate story ~ I’m glad he has moved on from this, well, as much as one can ~
The lengths they went through to try get something on a innocent man. And to continue even after proving he did nothing wrong. There is enough crime out there why make up ones. They resort to trying to screw this guy to try covering their screwups. This is sickening.
Absolutely unbelievable. Instead of respect, support, and gratitude, to a man serving his country, a law enforcement agency, that he works for, uses that fact to hurt him? Twilight Zone.
Here is my problem this should have went to court . These people in positions of power must be held accountable period. Its time these cops goes to jail just like everyone else .... Sad to hear this and i am glad it worked out.
The Army for me was sort of like county jail with out the maneuvers. The pods are identical all bunks lockers and and bathrooms are there . You just never leave .
That’s awesome you let him bring his emotional support/service animal. Great interview as always Matt! Oh also I freaking love your patreon ads. “Stay greedy my friends.”
Book! How to deal with ego driven predators! How to stand up to false accusations, how to counter attack with lawsuits for defamation of character, slander and libel!
I used to work at one of the largest defense contractors in the world, Bae Systems, rebuilding Bradley fighting vehicles. They used to pull shit like this when i got orders too, all the while talking about how much they admire and support military. The only thing they admired was money and contracts.
Everyone involved should be held accountable and doing time. Trying to eff with someone’s life is an under statement and puts needless stress on an individual and their families. Idk, how people this corrupt and shitty sleep at night! They should be in the paper and exposed for their dirty deeds and lies and the wasted money that could ah e been used to solve a cold case, against an innocent man and his family. The fact that this continues to go on and no one blinks any eye is just plain disgusting!
I am so glad they never broke you down, good for you, what louses they are , what a story and you were totally right , thank God you're okay I hope your settlement was in the millions , should have been apologized too. Stay tough buddy ,,!,,
As a former National Guard officer I occasionally encountered these conflicts. They were usually resolved with a letter or phone call. Most of the time someone at the the soldier's civilian employment resented the soldier taking off time on orders so they would fabricate some issue to hassle the soldier. These Guardsmen put in at these a weekend a month and two weeks annual training that is paid. They also generally put in at least an evening or two a month for planning that is unpaid. They miss family celebrations and life milestones. They often suffer being looked over for promotion because of their reserve service. There were a rare occasion when the soldier took advantage of their employer's commitment to support the reserve duty. That was an odd situation.
I got snowballed kinda like this working in the prison system. Just for being young and immature the older officers didn’t like me and started finding ways to push me out. I was a fool but I was just there to make money and figure things out like everyone else. Now that I’m their age I still can’t imagine doing this to someone, I actually prefer to do the opposite and maybe it is because of the unfairness I was treated with.
Oh yes...Sue them for them for the loss of your car, your home, and anything you lost due to this. Sue that sociopath of an officer and others who went along with it. This makes me so very angry.
I worked and retired from this department as a police officer. The administration at that time was notorious for arresting officers , charging them and the SAO drops the charges. Then they brag about how many officer’s they arrest. Sickening
Well, if you worked there, you knew, and you stayed and retired- you’re part of the problem. This is why I say **** the “blue”. It’s not a few bad apples. It’s top to bottom. As long as it didn’t bite you, you were fine working for the monster.
If they are willing to do this to one of their own imagine what they've done to others with no ability to prove innocence or finances to fight. Leos like this are the biggest threat to every community.
The amount of incarcerated individuals he mentioned is stunning. It appears that Duval County where he worked has around 3,000 incarcerated individuals call my for a county that only covers a little over 900 square miles. The county I live in has 10,000 square miles and we only have 8000 people that live here.
The internet,TH-cam mainly is bringing to light the fact that LEO’s are not what everyone thought they were! Most LEO’s I see don’t even understand normal everyday stuff
This is nothing in comparison the child protective services will go to in order to prove guilt. I wrote, "defending the innocent from child protective services"
I might be able to help you there... I was a paralegal for my county attorney's office, child support division and my mom was a case worker there for over 25yrs... We both still talk about the corrupt BS they do... The CPS office's works side by side with their local child support division office's... Actually when they are low on worker's they will try to recruit the child support division worker's and the parole office does that also... County worker's always try to hire within before they hire outsiders even though by law they have to post those jobs for the public to apply also... I literally got my job by a supervisor I never got interviewed by.. She was my mom's first supervisor when she started working there...
Remember to not be paranoid or cynical if you encounter somewhat similar people in the future. It’s easy to make that mistake, but looking for the worst in people will make you blind to all their good sides.
As the great G Gordon Liddy once said they are prison guards not correctional officers they're not correcting anything. Should've been a public apology as part of the settlement.
Well said, everyone knows as well that prisoners OWN the prison which makes “corrections” absolutely impossible. Pay is good tho but I’d personally never do that job, I have no desire to have my work ran by a criminal or have to constantly watch my back if I pissed off an inmate.

I went through some BS with raises that were owed to me while deployed. As soon as I dropped USERRA on their desk they gave up and paid me backpay. For the next 5 years I would get calls about staff. I was in a highly mobilized guard unit that did 4-10 day drills. My employer was so confused why guys were going so long and I was on battalion staff so the trust level was higher. It actually worked out well. Some guys would go Wednesday through Saturday and others Saturday - Tuesday and they couldn't keep it straight.
They néed to b charged, jailed and everything they did to u they need to go through!!! If there was any real justice it would end with them getting jail time!!! This is outrageous
I was a supervisor way back when and we had a person that was in the reserves, when he had to do his two weeks, His check showed all his vacation. He told him he had to use it and that was not negotiable. I was upset about this but then we had a person in military uniform show up looking for the manager. First the military person started on me and I told him to back off of me because I was upset about it too. The manager was with our vice president at the time, so I took him into the office since he has that right. Boy did he give them the riot act and said they are now going to get a huge fine for what they did. I was laughing under my breath and they gave him his vacation back. But then they put him in another area about a month later that sucked. Then the next round of lay off's that got him out. I told the employee that if he needed ne to testify to please do so, but there was really nothing we could do. It must be hard to be in the reserves for this reason.
Good job with the guest Matt, been following the channel before it even cracked 10 k. The first koncrete interview, congrats on the growth and upping ur quality of content.
Good interview. If you read this, sorry to hear you got messed with by such a horrible, corrupt department. It's sickening and I'm so glad you beat it! The guy taking a leak in your bathroom after the arrest is just disgusting, it comes off as so unprofessional and disrespectful. That's your home, not a public restroom for him to use. His job was to make the arrest and leave. From what it sounds like, they didn't have a warrant to search the house and never should have gone inside after you were in custody. He should be fired! Behavior like that shouldn't be tolerated by any agency!
Jacksonville is my home town I'm surprised to hear this. My cousin a couple of friends were correctional officers. There's a lot of nepotism, friendships and all kinds of crooked hirings in jso. They've done much more illicit things on the highest level of govt in that county. The history of corruption dates back more than 3 quarters of a century in Jacksonville. There's not enough time and space on this platform to explain that department. This guys problem began with his female superior. She used friends in the dept To get her way.
Ita sick how long they will drag it out in the hopes you'll finally get worn down enough and accept a plea. Once you do you accept responsibility and they are off the hook. Fight til the end.
you should file a lawsuit against the female officer take her retirement in federal court

It's called, "Papering someone out the door."
It basically involves a supervisor or supervisors, who have already decided that they want to get rid of someone.
Where were the troopers located that stole OT hours? I heard about that or a similar story.
The investigation was made public, a couple days later there were about 25 cops that were suspended and I believe they were handing out pink-slips within a month... maybe less.
@@timbodnar6711 troop e, Massachusetts

I hope the settlement was big and painful enough to make them rethink their actions, but I doubt it. I’m glad she is no longer employed.
What Matt said about the BOP is absolutely spot on. That is exactly how things work,.
This is horrible what this man went through.
good luck they announced they are moving john deere to mexico
Government (military) should have stepped in and showed his paperwork and quashed that shit immediately. Hope he gets a decent settlement from that sorry ass department.

This is sooooooooooo sad he had to go through this with his so called co-workers. Can't trust the people you work with.
Sickening
Poor guy.His world turned upside down!
Why doesnt somebody call the inspector general and file complaints
Well, if you worked there, you knew, and you stayed and retired- you’re part of the problem. This is why I say **** the “blue”. It’s not a few bad apples. It’s top to bottom. As long as it didn’t bite you, you were fine working for the monster.
Bet u 'made a difference' among all the corrupt co workers eh. Enjoy ur retirement
Glad to see he stood up for himself
I highly appreciate Murray for sharing his experience with corrupted superiors and investigators, and thank you for serving your country
If they are willing to do this to one of their own imagine what they've done to others with no ability to prove innocence or finances to fight. Leos like this are the biggest threat to every community.
I’m sure now, he totally understands how civilians feel, who don’t have the support he had!
The amount of incarcerated individuals he mentioned is stunning. It appears that Duval County where he worked has around 3,000 incarcerated individuals call my for a county that only covers a little over 900 square miles. The county I live in has 10,000 square miles and we only have 8000 people that live here.
That dog sleeping like he's heard this story too many times 😂
It’s all about them trying to keep you from suing them and exposing their corruption.
Bro, you should come on the podcast. Email me. My email address is insidetruecrime@gmail.com
@@InsideTrueCrime Any updates on this? Same thing in Australia with our CPS, some of those workers are insane
Excellent interview Matt. It's sad that this happened to Ian.😡
G. Gordon Liddy is a scumbag criminal who is a traitor and a disgrace to our country.

@@kristinaringo8490 You are correct ,how dare people call this traitor anything but scum.
What an awesome guy ! Thanks for coming on the podcast.
Ty IAN for sharing ur story. This seems to happen to the nicest people. God bless you . I hope you’re having a good and less stressful life today.
They néed to b charged, jailed and everything they did to u they need to go through!!! If there was any real justice it would end with them getting jail time!!! This is outrageous
Another great interview. More like these and youll continue to grow!!
In the best of circumstance it's a shitty job 🤔🤦
The way he said that was like they had absolutely no clue on what the job was!
His REAL brothers in arms stood by him and offered the support he needed.
What a nightmare Matt! Hope you and your family are in a better place now.
Good job with the guest Matt, been following the channel before it even cracked 10 k. The first koncrete interview, congrats on the growth and upping ur quality of content.
Much appreciated! 💪🏼
The dog is ADORABLE!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
First off! Thank you for your service!!
Way to go for standing up to tyranny maybe the co got stripped of retirement😢
This guy straight up by the numbers
That LT , had it out for him.
Because he was going around her because she was a screw up.
Murray is a great asset to our country
Ita sick how long they will drag it out in the hopes you'll finally get worn down enough and accept a plea. Once you do you accept responsibility and they are off the hook. Fight til the end.
Dumping in a guy you are arrestings house is a power move
Also helps push all of the evidence he just flushed even further down the pipes, so everyone wins
@@BulkernatorKerb that’s some funny s**t 😂
Huh? What?
Huh??? What was that?
