this is renault jammu which is taking booking of rxt optional planet grey colour and fact of the matter is that company doesn't make that colour in rxt o. after 15 days of booking they r now telling me to shift to rxz model or rxt. this is totally unprofessional from renault india. they r not even feeling sorry it may be human error but at least company should deal the matter professionally. but nobody is bothered and very arrogantly company is saying take your booking amount back. i ll bring them to consumer court for harrasing its customer. plz beware guys plz double check before u finalise the colour and model regards

Accessories pack is not necessary + can't make with accessories as everyone has its own preferences
