While Punch may have scored 5 stars in GNCAP but lacks several features. Magnite has scored 4 stars and has all the modern day features like 360 degree camera, wireless charging etc. Overall it becomes a more value proposition than Punch

@@MrdRacer5Gaming mere paas abhi bhi 2008 ki wagon R lxi hai, ab tak 2,20,000 + kms chal chuki hai, regular service or scheduled spare parts change hi kiye hien .
Haan , uske darvaje, interior jaroor khadakne lage hien, lekin Engine , electronics, ac, gear box jese major components mein kabhi koi dikkat nahi ayi,
Aaj bhi highway par 16 ~ 18 ka mileage de deti hai @ 70 ~ 80 kmph speed par,
Or jab nayi thi tab bhi itna hi tha milage ( company claimed )
Aj bhi us car ko city drive k liye use karta hu, vese agr chahu to long trips par bhi le ja sakta hu, lekin fir police ka darr hai, koi na koi rok tok karega hi, khaskar ki delhi police.
Ajtak na to uska radiator change hua, na AC condenser . Par me ab kuch time bad chahe karva dunga, To Car k liye hi achcha rahega.
Ye hai Maruti Suzuki ki reliability and consistent performance.
2018 mien Ignis li thi abhi tak May 08, 2022 @ 81,000 km chal chuki hai, highway par 80 kmph par chalao, tab bhi 25 kmpl ka milage hai, engine abhi bhi butter smooth hai or agey bhi rahega, usme bhi kabhi koi esi dikkat nahi ayi jese ki tata ki nayi cars mien ati hai. Regular service and maintainable k siva kuch nahi lagta maruti suzuki cars mien.
2016 mein tata tiago li thi mere brother ne , ye uski pahli car thi , usme shuru se hi fuel pump ki dikkat thi, tab to pata nahi chala itna, car kabhi kabhi highways par 50 ~ 60 kms lagatar chalne k baad jhatke leti thi, jese petrol khatm ho gaya ho, esa kai baar hua,
2018 mein jab ye tata tiago 40,000 km k aaspaas chal chuki thi, tab uska fuel pump bilkul bekar ho gaya, garmi k dino mien is tiago ko rok rok kar thanda karo, fir ise chala k lao, 40~ 50 ki speed se , bahut hi frustrating tha ye .
Service center valo ko pata tha,
Lekin kabhi bataya nahi unhone ki isme fuel pump k issue ane lage hein,
5 ~ 6 baar hum service center par gaye, har baar hi laptop laga kar, error codes hata kar car de dete the,
Jab jyada hi pressure banaya, tab indirectly ye fuel pump k bare mien bataya unhone ,
Or Noida mien bhi ek friend se pata karvaya,
Vaha se bhi ese hi reply mila, 2016 se 2018 ki tiago mien ye fuel pump problem hai,
Service center valo ko guaranty ki duhai deke, fuel pump free of cost change karaya,
Tab ye issue bilkul gayab ho gaya,
2018 ki summer mien firse yahi issue ane laga, ab car 80,000 km k aaspaas chal chuki thi , ab dimag seedha gaya, fuel pump par , ki firse vahi dikkat kar raha hai
Lekin ab guaranty se bahar thi car , to hume ab 10 se 11 hajar ka fuel pump dalana tha, jiski guaranty thi 10,000 kms, matlab ki ab agar naya fuel pump 10,000 km baad firse dikkat dega to, firse 10 , 11 hajar kharch karo, bahut hi bekar experience tha ,
Tata k regional service manager se baat hui,
Saaf kah diya ki yahi condition hai, apko hi karana hai is baar repair, replacement jisme ki 10,000 kms ki hi guaranty hai . Har spare parts par tata k taraf se.
Fir net par search kiya, to pata chala ki hum lucky the , jisko ye fuel pump pahli baar 40,000 km par change karana parha,
Kisi kisi ka to 5000, 10,000 15,000 par hi change ho gaya tha ,
Matlab ki nayi car ka fuel pump bekar .
Sabka change hua to under guaranty hi tha ,
Lekin fir bhi nayi car mien ese critical issues to nahi ane chahiye . Or agar kabhi galati se var start karte time , AC ka button on rah gaya, to bhai AC ka fuse urh jata tha tata tiago ka, Gear lever bahut frequently adjust karvana parhta tha, kabhi kabhi car switch on hi nahi hoti thi, jese battery disconnect ho gayi ho, tab use baar baar key ghuma k on karo, 21,000 km k aaspas Steering mechanism ki dikkat ayi thi, use bhi chutiya service center valo ne greasing oiling kar k bas adjust kiya . Ek baar coolent level kam ho gaya tha, pata nahi kyu, jabki koi leakage detect na kar paye service center par .
Ese issues ate the, jo Suzuki car mien kabhi na aye abhi tak .
Yahi haal us time tata nexon k the , naya face lift launch hua tha tab, nexon ka test drive bhi liya tha , car pasand agayi thi, mann tha ki tiago ko isi se exchange kar k nexon hi le li jaye,
Lekin tabhi, hi dekha ki nayi nexon, or ek purani nexon fuel injector ki problem liye service bay mien kharhi thi .
Usi din mann se utar gayi tata company .
Inki brand new cars mien vo critical issues hien, jinse insaan ya to kahi highway par akele fas jayega , ya kisi ki jan par ban jayegi.
Ab build quality or 5 star rating to 60 kmph ki speed par hi hoti haina, crash test to 60 ki speed par hota hai, uske baad ki kya guaranty hai, ki isme 100 ki speed par safe rahoge,
Or baat bhi sahi hai, jab tata car , ghar se service or vapas ghar , itna chalegi to, automatically safest vehicle hogi.
2020 mein is tiago ko nexa par exchange kiya,
Mere brother ne fir Suzuki S Cross leli, automatic ab ye car bhi 25,000 kmsk asapas chal chuki hai, kabhi koi dikkat nahi ayi isme .
Mann to sonet ka tha, lekin kia vale drama ka rahe the ki jo customer accessories bhi lega usi ko denge car .
Isliye kia koi kia cancel, Suzuki hi li fir

The Tata Punch is a solid and a safe car that feels more robust compared to Magnite. It has a good ride too over bad roads, but falls short in terms of performance, equipment and cabin space, and is also more expensive than the Magnite. Overall, it does not offer as much value as the Magnite, which is a smart and well-equipped compact SUV. Magnite Turbo is BEAST 😀

I recently bought Kiger RXZ Turbo CVT and i am really happy.
Before buying I did a lot of research and took a thorough test drive of many cars like Breeza, XL6 and cars like Punch and Magnite too and the reason why i rejected them is because Punch is very disappointed for highway driving, overtaking is a real pain, NVH level is horrible (lot of outside vehicle noise filtering into the cabin), misses lot of essential features like arm rest, boot space and driving modes (though it has ECO and city), therefore Punch is good as a city car if you have any other good car for long drives.
Magnite, however is good, but again misses important features like driving modes, suspension is quite stiff and to me it looks more like a hatchback than a compact sedan and Nissan service center is really a pain (while Renault is slightly better)
While Kiger gives all practical and usable features, such as drive modes (sports mode in my turbo car is unbelievable specially for overtaking, really spot on), large arm rest, lots of usable space, large boot and a look of a compact SUV (Punch also looks epic and lovable i agree). cruise control is not very usable and safe in India as i feel and i donot miss it in my Kiger, as i know i wouldnt use it, evenif i had it. but people who love cruise control, may miss it as it is not in Kiger. As far as hill hold function is concerned, which is missing in Kiger but is available in Magnite, let me tell you that the L mode in the turbo CVT can take care of any steepest incline. I went to really bad hills and i was surprised to see how amazing the L mode is for the deadly inclines/slopes.
Now coming to mileage, my car is 35 days old, 800 Kms driven as of now and mileage is 14 in city (Hyderabad) and 18 on highways and i sure after i cross 5000km milestone...mileage should increase by 2 kms in city and 3 to 4 kms in highways (if driven not more than 110Km/h), also verified current mileage using tank to tank.
Apart from Renault's service (which i am little worried about), I am super happy with my Kiger, specially the way it drives. This is being my only car, i know i will never be disappointed in the city and in highways.
So from an ownership standpoint, I can say that those who do not much care about cruise control, can really go for Kiger Turbo CVT. Kiger CVT is anytime better than its manual version. I found the response and behaviour of the CVT of Kiger is slightly better than even Honda City CVT.
You wont find a car with turbo engine and extremely lovable CVT gearbox with its Top trim/model within ex - showroom price of 10 Lakhs, while the on road price that i paid excluding accessories is 11.5 lakhs (Note - on road price varies from state to state).
yes there are cons also for this car as the case with any product. But I can say I can live with those few cons of the car (though Renault's service is one of my only and biggest concern. Will wait to see how the 1st and 2nd service go)
So I can say, I love its drivability, looks, interior, road presence, cabin space, ergonomics, boot, suspension and the TORQUE (in sports mode, it is any day better than Nexon's sports mode (petrol & diesel both), and I have driven both)

After a wait of almost 9 months, I got my Magnite Xv Pre O CVT last year in October. Apart from a few technical issues in the features like camera and tire sensors, this car is awesome. So comfortable. I drove from Bangalore to Manali(Sissu, Keylong) and back and never felt tired while driving. The total distance I covered was about 7-8K (with a halt in my hometown, Ballia UP). Drove in fully snow-covered roads to no roads, off-roading, and many places where people would afraid to take their car there. If I have to buy it back, I would choose the same.

    Guys, just think like this:
A Sedan is more comfortable, has a better ride quality, has better handling, has lesser body roll, has more boot space and is also cheaper than an SUV.
SUVs, on the other hand, are becoming more and more expensive day by day. For me, an SUV without AWD or 4WD doesn't make sense. I might choose an SUV for better ergonomics (practicality), higher ground clearance, and most importantly, AWD or 4WD capability, which you might not get in a sedan. Sure, I agree, Sedans and SUVs have their own pros and cons.
BUT GUYS, PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES, JUST DON'T SPEND 20 LAKH OR MORE FOR AN SUV, BECAUSE EVERYONE ARE GETTING ONE (I've seen many people buying Creta, Seltos, and Hector like that, including my close friend and are dissatisfied).
We have already killed some beautiful sedans in our country (Civic, Corolla, accord, jetta, passat, ETC.) 😣☹😭.
Even many are now on the verge of extinction (Camry, Superb, Octavia, City, Amaze, Verna, Ciaz, Elantra, ETC.)
Companies are even not thinking of bringing sedans now. SKODA AND VW still have faith on us. Thanks to SKODA and VW for finally bringing sedans (SLAVIA & VIRTUS) in this huge SUV jungle.
PLEASE, think once before buying an SUV spending more than 20 lakh. I'm sure, you might have your own reasons, but once check a Sedan also before buying anything.
PLEASE do not kill sedans any more.
TRUE SEDAN LOVERS/ENTHUSIASTS, HIT THE LIKE BUTTON, TRUE SEDAN HATERS, HIT THE DISLIKE BUTTON. LET'S SEE HOW MANY ACTUALLY LIKE SEDANS AND HOW MANY LIKE SUVs.
I've just shared my opinion, you all are open to comment on this.

      @raceking83 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Glad to read a sensible comment at last! Its actually pretty disappointing to see these beautiful sedans starting to go extinct. I seriously cannot understand why people are going for "so called SUV's" wherein the main purpose of an SUV is getting mocked. As u rightly said, an SUV without a 4wd is like a leapord without its claws. I guess thats cause the manufacturers know that SUVs in India are used for more show than go. Thats the reason why TATA has shockingly decided to not even offer 4wd as an option in the Harrier or the Safari!! To be honest, if ur not gonna go off-road, a sedan for the price of that "so called SUV" would anytime be a more sensible option.

It depends on how much your budget is. I liked Ignis because it is low price with all features. Otherwise Punch is choice 1.
Under six lakh on road price with X10 kit the Ignis is good.
If you have budget then go for punch.

Very nicely explained thanks for this👍
This is one video that a lot of folks will see who are trying to convince there families to either buy Kiger/Magnite or Punch 😀
I wish Kiger RXZ had cruise control & ESP, TCS, HSA (for RXZ in NT-MT, NT-AMT, T-MT, T-CVT), that would make Kiger really VFM, Renault shouldn't have done kanjusi, take money but pls don't cut features 🙏

Kiger and magnite : yes one can compare
Other two are just taking up the space because of sentiments..
Here it’s more of like comparing Samsung( kiger and Magnite)
    With Nokia( punch )
    And Redmi ( ignis)
