To be honest, they’re both quiet. The Y 22 is going to be the lighter machine.

I’m also using mast machine. When I use the machine, it’s take ink into the needle. But when I drawing the ink no come properly. Do you know why this happening
I would suggest to adjust your needle length. When I am doing brows the needlelength is only the thickness of a quarter, if that makes sense
It's not sterile between clients because the grip is exposed to fluids through the hole of the bag where it meets the needle cartridge. Does anyone know if this machine works with disposable grips?
That’s why I wrap it with the bandage grip. it’s all disposed of after. I only operate within impeccably sanitary and sterile settings to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

I purchased this machine in October 2023 but now I am facing with the charging issue.
Cord and adaptor is fine but no power supply to the machine. No display light indication that it is charging.
My wife need to submit her project in three weeks before her certification duration ends.
What should I do, kindly help!
Your battery is not charging? I’m sorry I’m confused.
@@gabbytheartist Yes. When I connect it for charging there is no power supply indication on the machine(display).
The USB cable and adaptor is fine when tested with other machine, but my Mast Y22 does not work while charging.
@@unboxingreviewvlog7009 I don’t think it’s supposed to work while it’s charging, because it’s wireless you have to fully charge your battery. I would suggest purchasing a backup battery so you have two when the other one dies.

i got this machine but why all of a sudden did it start to get louded & when i put a needle in the needle doesnt move up and down it stays stuck even when the battery is on

Hey! Mine just arrived today and for some reason the needle won’t come out of the cartridge, I’ve tried just about everything like using another needle and pushing it in as much as I can but for some reason it just won’t come out! Do you know what to do about that? Thanks!
You have to adjust a needle. Turn the machine on hold the grid part and turn the battery to the right.

You can get the cartridges on Amazon. It’s the universal cartridgeS. The needle size will depend on what you are using your machine for. I use mine for Pmu, so I get a 1 RL.
You use 1RL for microblading eyebrows ?
I got this machine but state dept of health said it was not safe unless i autoclaved the grip autoclaves are so expensive so that a no or they said use disposable grips which i did not find 😔

Honestly it’s a little bit top-heavy but you will get used to it and it’s my ultimate favorite machine for permanent make up
@@gabbytheartist thanks for the response! I went ahead and ordered it along with the T1 wireless battery because I've read that it was lighter and the speed can be reduced.
