    This was amazing, niche as heck but interesting.
    I've been noticing that the parkour community has largely aged out but I'm surprised to see so few continue into their older age, I get that it may be hard on the body but the martial arts community retains practitioners in their senior years albiet at a lower level.
    It would be super interesting to get your perspective

      I don't know much about Martial Arts but I have noticed a lot of martial artists, from a whole load of different disciplines, still being able to train at a fairly impressive level, well into to their old age.
      I guess that's what comes when you actually train your sport properly and look after your body 🙂
