Nice little ride there Bill. Great idea to help rehab your injured knee and keep up the biking that you so obviously enjoy. It gave me a great idea for the grson who's lost his licence again and I'm not healthy enough to rise at 5am every day to take him to work. I wont get your one from the States but I will look into what's available here in Aussie. Thankyou for planting the seed of possibility . I hope you and Elizabeth have many more years of biking adventures ahead of you. Peace & Blessings in Christ. 🇦🇺❤️🤗💞🙏👌👍✌️👏🇺🇲🚲
Hi Bill and Elizabeth, the bike looks amazing. My only concern is the lithium battery and how they can cause fires. Please do not store in your home. So glad you both can enjoy!
Good morning Bill and Elizabeth. Beautiful place to ride!! Those bikes are making it possible for many people to get out there and ride. Blessings to you both🕊🙏
Thanks for the e bike review Bill! That looks like a fun bike to ride! I guess that was Barry chasing you down and filming you on the bike! I am going to look at this model. ❤🎉😊 Be Blessed Bill and Elizabeth and Family!
At 2:44, as what I understand; in non pedal assist, power mode, there is no variable speed/ throttle, just a power on/off button and you vary the speed that way. So if you want to do a no pedal, casual slow cruse you have to constantly be pushing the button on and off. Is that the case?
No, it depends totally on the way the bike is designed. Some bikes are like you described. Turn the throttle off and on, or select a lower pedal assist level for slower speeds. But this bike is not that way. This bike has a variable speed throttle, like a motorcycle.
Awesome video Bill 👍 Thank you so much for sharing all the info. This e-bike would be perfect to ride around in my little village and especially to ride the steep hill back home❤ It just needs a bigger basket for my shopping spree 😎
That basket is the only one they have, and it is optional. You must buy it as an extra accessory. You could also install a big milk carton crate on the optional rear rack.
Hi, here in NYC I've heard E-Bikes are not allowed indoors because of the battery causing fires in the house or apartment when charging. There is a designated fire resistant storage area for E-Bikes.
That looks like a great bike, Bill! I have an e-bike, but it has tiny tires and does not do well on gravel or sand. Looking for one like this. I'll have to see what shipping to Canada is like.
Bill I know all msgs are read. I’m wondering about Thrive Live. How do I tell if a product is gluten free. I’ve ordered under you before but don’t know how to do it again
Elizabeth is Celiac and must eat gluten free. There are very few Thrive Life items that she CANNOT eat! Gluten is the protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Which means that all fruits and vegetables are naturally gluten free. When you go into the fresh produce department at the grocery store, you can eat everything there without gluten issues. Well, Thrive Life is the same way. It’s just a freeze dried grocery store. Each can is just one ingredient, with nothing else added. So, since peas are naturally gluten free, Thrive’s peas are naturally gluten free. It’s the same with all of Thrive’s fruits and vegies. All of the nutritional information, and also serving sizes and number of servings in a can, for Thrive Life foods can be found on the website. Go to “Shop,” then click on a product category. Then select an item and click on the picture (NOT the “Quick Shop.”) When you are on any individual product page, you will see a picture of the product. Right under that picture are some thumbnails of other pictures. One of those is a picture of the label on the package, which will show all of the ingredients and the nutritional information, servings sizes and servings per can. You can look there to see if a product has wheat, barley, or rye in it. Thrive Life has the best gluten free flour we have ever had, and we use it all the time. It is listed in the “Limited Time” category of “Shop.” Limited means that it is only available occasionally. So grab it when it’s in stock!
Yes, The Back-to-School Sale starts TODAY (Wednesday)! There is a link to our Thrive Life website in the description of every video we do (except this one, LOL) But here's the link. thrivelife.com/bkeller
Yes, it would seem the bayteries of electric bikes are prone to catching on fire but it's a fault like everything new nowdays. If you're wise and follow care instructions properly you'll no doubt lower the risk.
Yes, just turn off the electrics (or remove the battery) and you can ride it like a standard bike. Though it is a little harder on the hills because it is heavier than a standard bike.

Yes, Barry was on in-line skates to film me.
My husband loves his e-bike
Good questions. It was Elizabeth!!!! We don't have enough trails for bikes where I live and I won't ride on the road. Makes me sad.
I understand. But I have ridden literally thousands of miles on roads.
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree I have seen all of your videos. You are braver than I am. Thank you for the encouragement.
I am so happy for you. Good Luck to you both.
Wasn't that Elizabeth you passed on that road?
Yes, several times.
Hahaha

You certainly do have a beautiful trail at your disposal. How long is it and how far from your home?
It's about 6 miles long, and it's not far from home.
Awesome video Bill 👍

Is that the same manufacturer of the bike Elizabeth rode?
No. This is a Hovsco. Elizabeth rides an AddMotor.

I enjoyed the review. I’m impressed with the folding option.
Yup, I love it!
I like these but saving up for the trike! 😊❤️

Interesting bike, but I'm wondering if you're doing the thrivelife sale? I can't find your link. Thanks

I love it but have to wait to buy one.
Don't those batteries catch on fire?
Didn't look like it 😅
Slow mo when you see thr tricycle pass bill on the e bike. That was most definitely Elizabeth.
I've never heard of an e-bike battery catching fire. I HAVE heard of electric cars catching fire. But gas cars catch on fire too!

Great review. Shared.
Looks like fun!
Bill where's your link?
All links are on the video description
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree OK Thanks😊👍
What is the range of the bike in miles on a full charge ?
50-60 miles
Can you use your e mike without the battery?
Yes, just turn off the electrics (or remove the battery) and you can ride it like a standard bike. Though it is a little harder on the hills because it is heavier than a standard bike.
I see elizabeth ❤
Yup. 😊
Who was your camera person?
That was our son, Barry, on in-line skates.
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree He did a great job.
So cool

I thought so

❤ cool
I'd get a 52 tooth chain ring so you can cruise a bit faster for those times a doggie is after you.
