Dr. Sharon, thank you! You're an incredible teacher. I'm watching subjects I already thought I knew pretty well and your style of teaching helps me to connect things in a completely different way. You're the best!
Dr. Sharon, I will have to disagree with you on the question, "What are the expected effects of morphine sulfate?". You specifically stated that you would not pick 'promotes reduction in respiratory rate' because that's not the purpose of giving the morphine. However, that is not what the question asked. The question asks specifically, "what are the expected effects of morphine?". Therefore, a decrease in respiratory rate is an expected effect of morphine. Thoughts? Best, Skylar
Hello, I advise you to contact Dr Luther if you are preparing for your nclex, be it RN, PN or CNA He is the reason I and my husband are very happy today working as Rns
for the question at 35:40 can you explain why promotes reduction in respiratory rate isn't one of the answers? I am stuck on that because if it reduces myocardial 02 consumption wouldn't it also reduce respiratory rate ?
Thank you so much Dr Sharon, passed my exam at 85, your content contributed. May God prosper you in all you do. Great Tutor!
Congrats Nurse ❤

If there are signs and symptoms of MI, chest pain, sweating etc and options are put on oxygen NC or get an ECG first, which one would you pick?
Oxygen first
I think ECG first. Access first before intervention
Moreover it’s 100% oxygen not nasal cannula

MONA... is that the standard
