    This sounded pretty good, some buzz during the noise floor test but not very loud and can be removed easily in post. The side comparison with the Rode was pretty close but the Road had a wider frequency response for your voice but once again, it was close. The lapel microphone was not as good as the built in microphone. I like the gear it comes with. Nice video

    RODE all the way simply because it’s has the lowest latency of anything out 4ms is simply AMAZING so NO audio drift like the DJI. Rodeos simply HIGH quality 👌🏾

    Listening carefully without being a sound engineer, I could not tell the difference and being able to record inside is nice.

      In built audio recording is a really big deal for me and IMO I think these sound great.

    I could not tell the difference between the two. The internal mic on the 7RYMS sounded a bit better than when the lavalier was plugged. Not bad!

      It’s a really nice kit with a lot of accessories

    (January 9, 2024). I was going to buy this one, but I was very sad to find out that they no longer have 24 bit internal recording, but they downgraded to 16 bit... They doubled the memory from 8GB to 16GB, but the 24 bit option is gone. The Rode Wireless Pro does 32 bit internal recording. For now (January 2024) it's the only one having 32 bit recording. This helps a lot if you have too loud audio, that otherwise would have clipped. So I'm waiting for the new coming DJI mic, which supposedly would have 32 bit internal recording... Let's find out.

      I wonder if it was real 24 bit in the first place because if you've had experience with Chinise manufacturers before you'd know they lie on almost any metric for example LED torch that in reality has 200 lumens is marketed as like 1000+ in some cases. Maybe they declared 24bits and someone tested it and called them out on it so they just changed the specs. 16GB of internal memory is a great thing but if one could choose between 24bit and more memory i'm sure we would all go with higher bits :)

      @@BurekNeinDanke You may have been right on that... It's a strange answer 7Ryms gave me, when I asked them why they changed it back to 16bit: "since there was no demand from the market"...

    Very nice. I’ll stick with my DJI but it’s a contender.

      Hey there ! I've heard really good things about the DJI wireless mic and only 1 or 2 videos talking about interference noises being recorded when using the internal recording. Have you had any issues with that?

    • @DFWMoose
      @DFWMoose ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@WORTHITORNOT no issues of any RFI And I use internal most of the time.

    In the tech world, a few months is all it takes to reverse engineer something really good and add components to make it better... at least in specs on paper.

      @@WORTHITORNOT It might be even worse, the supplier that sells to Rode has overcapacity and spreads the solution after an initial exclusive period. Don't feel sorry for Rode, they got where they are the same way.
