Absolutely a beautiful collection….. I have the same feeling with GEC knives they are by far my favorite knives to collect I have close to 40 of them it’s been a lot of years chasing and grinding but you know what when you get one it makes it that more special!!!!!!! It’s definitely a hustle and I love it!!!!! Thanks brother there aren’t to many channels that get down with the traditional game!!!!!! Stay well talk soon 😊

Thanks. I agree Taney are more special when you work for em. The chase is fun. Nothing like opening up that tube and unrolling that waxed paper and smelling the oil on that new GEC.

Cool video. Nice collection. Love Great Eastern Cutlery. I found out about GEC in 2019 and was hooked immediately. My bank account did not appreciate it. But it is a sweet addiction. My guilty pleasure. Just like a kid on Christmas morning every time I pull one of them out of my pocket. Been enjoying your content. Thank you sir. ✝️✌🏼😀

Very nice collection. I really like the first one, love the American one and the lock back ones. Thanks for showing them. Have a great one. See you on the next one.

All very cool, but that 38 Bloodwood is probably my favorite.
5:15 I’m not used to slipjoints so that seems scary 😉

Great video buddy!!! We have a lot of the same taste. The 72 was a Grail knife for me. I looked for probably a year & a half before I finally found one. The 47 is my favorite pattern and the 78 is a close second. Anyways, you have some great knives man. I really enjoyed the video👍

Fantastic collection! I love that 72, the stag on yours is gorgeous. The uneven thickness of the bone covers just makes it that much more unique. Like, there's only one knife in the world that feels exactly like that one does in hand, and you own it. I'm new to your channel, but I love what you're doing and am looking forward to more awesome videos. p.s. your lighting looks great to me, with a nice warm glow to it, so I wouldn't change a thing LOL

Awesome collection! I just got my first gec a few months ago. It's a 49 in the Northfield trim with red jigged bone covers. I absolutely love it. I'm going to get some more as I continue collecting. The viper is definitely on my list. Great video 👍

From a fellow slipjoint guy (who mostly reviews modern knives, ironically), I have to say: that is a beautiful collection. As a fellow GEC guy, I do know what you mean regarding liking stuff you never thought you would; they just do some stuff remarkably well, and I agree about the Northfield UN-X-LD shield.

Had to see your collection, this played after a Martialist video. They're all beautiful, but the Stag is the best. Not too many traditional knives (not even Rough Ryder!) here in Singapore, so I have to source mostly from the US via Reddit. I was able to acquire some RRs and Case knives. Thanks for sharing!

It's a damn shame GEC has become so hard to get. They used to be no problem getting your hands on, but now it's a real PIA. I love them, but just don't have the ability to sit and refresh my screen in the hopes to snag one, and get it checked out before it get's snatched out of your cart. I have probably about a dozen and love them all. Hopefully, if the stars align and the Gods smile down on me, I'll be able to add to them 😆
I've kind of substituted Bokers now to scratch that higher end knife itch when it pops up

It is hard to get a new one for sure. If you get on the Facebook groups, some of those guys will get tired of them or not like them and sell them at what they paid or at a decent price.

Awesome collection. This is my first time watching one of your videos, but it wont be my last. Working my way to owning my first GEC might have to do what you did and trade for one or do some more overtime to buy one. The way you talk about your collection is proof that they are worth collecting.
