    Great review!!! After watching all of your videos and others on TH-cam I purchased the Vitilan i7 Pro. The one I received was even more powerful with additional options. That bike is a beast. And you’re correct. It definitely does not disappoint. The power the speed which rather shocked me that it would go that fast, you know what I’m talking about, lol. Thanks for sharing and really enjoy all your videos. Keep up the great work Jeremiah. 😊😊😊

    I just got back from my maiden voyage on this bike. I bought it from Himiway direct and it took only like 5 days to receive it from CA. Was easy AF to assemble, although I am mechanically inclined both mentally and physically plus a ton of tools. But what’s nice is you don’t need any mechanical knowledge and they give you ALL the tools you will need to set assemble it and set this up according to your dimensions. That’s a nice touch. And a decent baseball cap. I actually used and like the rear light. It’s decent quality and bright enough when I go onto a roadway at night it seems. I think that is also a nice way to complete the package for any type of riding scenario. They have you covered. I took your advice and setup the software to increase my speed after I took it around the block on factory settings first. And man o man does this thing hum 😎! The hype is real, if you can afford it and your in the market, I can’t see how someone would be disappointed. Nice write up man, I’ll be watching AND riding 💪🏻💪🏻🇺🇸

    I just bought my first ebike, its got dual suspension, big headlight, hydraulic brakes, and a 1300 watt hubdrive motor. I put 30 miles a day on it, 700 miles in just a month, throttle only. It cost around $1500, its called an ActBest Pioneer. It works for me. I would recommend it to anyone who is skeptical about thos technology. It tops out at 38 mph, but likes 30 all day.

    Looks very similar to the Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra FS Pro, but Biktrix also offers a dual battery configuration for extended range. I currently own a 750w rear hub drive, which works well enough for groomed trails, but for true off road, single track, and steep hills bikes like this would be a better choice and will certainly be my next bike.

    Prices are definitely coming down on powerful e-bikes. The Himiway is down to $2,319 with code Himiway80. I went with the Keteles K800, dual 1000w motors, 48v23a battery, hydraulic brakes, fenders, lights, rear rack for $1,200. Great bike that does 35mph all day long and has plenty of climbing ability. I believe it’s the same bike as the Philodo, Senada, Lanshanchu and SMLRO - all of which are $1,050 to $1,300 now.

    I don't know if it has been mentioned yet, but when this came out last year, I was debating between this one and the Eunorau Specter S. They have almost identical specs, the Specter was $3799, and on black Friday I got it for 15 percent off. But what made me get that over the himiway, was because there was a Eunorau dealer close to me, so I went with him. Love the bike

    Do not buy any Himiway products. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. First of all, I couldn’t find a repair shop that would be willing to do warranty work because “ Himiway doesn’t pay their bills” I finally found a dealer that would work on my Cruiser, but wouldn’t wait for reimbursement from Himiway because they don’t pay. After speaking with Himiway they told me to go ahead and pay for the repairs. I did which was around 150 bucks. Here I am months later and still no refund. Email after email and excuse after excuse. Don’t do business with Himiway, I’m in Cali.

    I built a custom E mountain bike with Bafang ultramax motor, also helped a German company, Innotrace, develop and fine-tune an amazing controller. Not only puts out over 2500 W with a 52 V battery, somehow, the range is better than the stock controller. I can send you pictures of what I built, can’t upload them on your TH-cam channel, but think you would be interested. I’ve ridden/raced dirt bikes for over 50 years now, so know what I am doing when it comes to off road.

    and it doesn't look as cool but I need a bike where you can add a second battery to more range price isn't important I just want the specs I want and the look that's killer

  • @Benjamin_Jehne
    @Benjamin_Jehne ปีที่แล้ว +3

    You can't compare it to a Specialized. Thats just two pair of shoes. The Specialized bikes are made for going down the mountain and being as agile as you can with an e-bike. The components of the supension doesn't meet the price of the bike. It's the same with the rest of the bike. This would be ok for 2999€, but for 3999€ you get quality bikes from well known manufactures.
    And here comes the point, bikes like this need more maintenance. At first everything is so nice and you're happy, but if these bikes getting older, they get loose. With a good manufacture you get an very well engeneered frame. This Himiway is just a something from a company that is just something. I would never ever buy a fullsupension bike from a company like this. They could put this motor, drivetrain and brakes in a Zebra and you're getting a way better bike.

    There is a bike with front and back suspension, 1000w mid drive motor, fat tires, hydraulic brakes, 37mph, weighs 30kg and hidden battery all for $1884. This is not quite as big as the cobra but more convenient. I know you like your folding 20 inch wheels JD so I think you should take a look at the Accolmile Rhino. The battery isn't as big at 16.5ah but for the price you can't really moan. I feel with the smaller wheels and customisable BBSHD motor it will beat the Cobra for hill climb.

    • @JeremiahMcintosh
      @JeremiahMcintosh  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmm interesting 🤔…. I have never heard of them but just went to their website to check out the specs and suspension is definitely nowhere near the cobra and a little concerned with how it says Panasonic Cells in the description but on the battery specs description it says Chinese high quality but only lists 500 recharge cycles. Thank you for the information thought i’m going to keep my eye out for a review of it but didn’t really see anything on TH-cam yet about it other than a short clip they posted two years ago.

But yes my Magicycle Deer now sits and we are getting the BixTrix Juggernaut Ultra Duo 4 can’t wait, it will have the 1000 watt Bafang M 620 same motor that’s on the Cobra pro. I just purchased the Cobra Pro and live in NM. I stopped riding my old 750w/80Nm Radrover in the +6000 feet rolling foothills because of the lack of power. I'm back to riding in the foothills with the 10-speed and 160Nm of the Cobra Pro.

    e-bike newbie here....I'm an experienced off road mountain biker. I can climb pretty much any incline in granny. If I can get traction, I can climb it. Will this bike do the same? Will this bike climb the steepest off road trails if it gets traction? Will it climb multiple steep off road hills and get me to the top (assuming within battery range)?

    I remember buying my 1989 GSXR 1100 for $4900 in 1990 from a guy who's wife was making him sell it with 300 miles on the odo. It could hit 180 MPH, did that, ONE time only. Scary. But it could definitely handle hills.

    Has anyone else had a problem getting their bike? I finally got my bike 6 months late and still at 9 months waiting for my helmet and free hat. There service is awful. Keep saying they were sending me my bike and never did get it until it was freezing in Sask. I ordered it in May.

    I have the Bafang M620 on my 2021 VoltBike Yukon Core and in Sport mode i get up to 1500 watts .Actually there's a 750w screen and a 1500w screen .In setting if i put speed at 30 mph i get the 750w screen and at 31mph setting i get 1500w screen .Is that deore a clutch derailleur . I had to install a clutch derailleur on mine for better performance and prevent chain skipping or knocking

      Best i did on Sport mode (1500w) on flat paved path wind at my back was 33mph but i had to give it all i had way easier to get to 28mph. Voltage setting is more accurate percentage not so much

    Out of all the ebikes you've tested, what is your favorite hub drive bike? I'm looking to upgrade my Lectric xp 2.0,. I've been looking at the Wallke H6, the Aniioki A7 pro and the Lectric 3.0. I live in a hilly area with a few VERY steep hills.

    I tested ride this bike today. The motor did not feel so strong also I could no tell if it was torque or cadence sensor. There is a big delay to feel power when pedaling

  • @totoroboto

    Awesome review Jeremiah! I'm really interested in a mid-drive over a hub drive, liking the idea of the necessity of using the gears. But in your opinion, would having a cadence sensor on this mid-drive bike instead of a torque sensor make it any less enjoyable? Maybe the different sensors are just a matter of preference?

    • @JeremiahMcintosh
      @JeremiahMcintosh  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I really like the way the torque sensor works over the cadence sensor especially since you have a throttle to use at any time.
