This is an all time AWSOME show. This is the 1st show that I have listened to twice!!! It is exactly what I needed to hear at this stage in my life. I bought the book a few days ago and I can't wait to see how my life will be impacted :-)!!! Wow
I read this book and never even knew the name of the author. It is nice to see the man behind the book. I'm so happy to get to know his story. I didn't think I was a morning person. After reading this book, I workout in the AM and listen to podcast daily. Yea, I look and feel better. The truth is in the process! Just keep going even when you don't see results. Reeeeeeeeeead!
I like what he says about " you need as much sleep as you believe you need." My husband and I went to bed really late last night and I told him not to look at the time before we went to bed. woke up this morning feeling great. If we knew we went to bed at 12am we would be exhausted.
Agree with most comments - very good, practical advice on how to improve your day-to-day life. I constantly struggle to wake up in the morning & have created this vicious cycle whereby I stay up late to make up for lost morning productivity and so beings the circular reference... I will say that sleep as a component of health doesn't get enough credit and people that say "5 hours of sleep is all I need" are simply wrong - especially for young people. If you can implement the Miracle Morning's strategies with a healthy (~8 hour) sleep schedule, then it makes sense. To say that the greatest minds in the world only slept 4 or 5 hours is a fallacy, though. Those people were WAY above average in intelligence. What could they have accomplished if they were getting a full night's rest? Great conversation other than the sleep items. I think this advice is very good for people who (a) don't care about sleep or (b) work 9 to 5 jobs and have the ability to go to sleep early.
You guys are awesome!! you all are doing excellent job providing so much valuable information. You have inspired me to get into real estate investment. I am in the process of buying my 2nd property and i am loving it. Keep up the great work..
I would love to read and gonna order the book, but.. This is very controversial topic: 1) I don't wake up on alarm, my phone is off. My body knows better when to wake up, when I'm up I'm just up. I'm not gonna force my body to get up against it's will at some freaking 5am. 2) Meditation in the morning will put me asleep, I take cold showers and feel amazing. 3) All people different and as much as you can change overtime your biological hours, even it's hard to do though, not always you can change style of life and occupation. Day time I gotta be around people and run errands in the world, it's just my brain preference. Night time I might be more creative and productive in writing or online work, because I feel like it's my time and the world is calmed down and not asking me to do anything. Miracle morning gonna put me in limitations and frame how I'm supposed to spend my day. 4) All of the technics are very practical. But there is nothing you need to do in the morning that you can not do during the day. 5) The author had testimony saying that he didn't get enough time for himself forcing and pushing through life and he believes it's the reason of his worsen health conditions. I had brain crash at the age of 34 and still recovering. Trick or not your body with your mind - you can't trick the brain.
I LOVE THIS PODCAST!.. Hal sounds like he still does aderall tho.. lol.. he talked so much and a mile a minute. I still enjoyed this episode ... GREAT STUFF GUYS!
+Agustín Ruiz Moreno I don't think it's necessarily a matter of the order, but more so doing these things to boost your morning! It really does work :)
Hal said on his book that the first thing he do when he wakes up is to drink a glass of water. I was just helping him wake up easier. And yeah! it is a great ritual

Meditate and elevate
good job
+Glenn Davis Thanks!
It works
Love bigger pockets, didn't feel this episode though
Meditate as soon as I wake up? I'll just fall back asleep...
+Chris34011 as soon as you wake up you have to drink a glass of water. After that you start with the SAVERS
+Agustín Ruiz Moreno I don't think it's necessarily a matter of the order, but more so doing these things to boost your morning! It really does work :)

learn to meditate
exactly, free floating jellyfish style of morning after meditating is not for everyone
Great show but the advice on cutting sleep is not a healthy recommendation for most.
Adderall helps me a lot
