I'm not sure if I get it. This is a virtual audio interface? means that I can use and modulate my voice in live when I'm Using discord or zoom to talk with friends and they will listen my voice modulated or is just for recording audio and modulate it later?

No. It's quite simply just a vocal processor that you are able to use live. Typically, for the modules built into this one piece of software, are individual processes that creators generally will use in post production to clean up their voice on like podcast and video uploads. Those modules being De-noise, thins like fixing plosives, EQ'ing and compression to help with vocal dynamics (making your voice relatively even volume throughout).
De-noise, EQ and Compression (assuming is what "boost" is), is all built into the chain of this software, for only $30 is quite intriguing.

Yes, sometimes. I found that it works better when you to teach the processor on more sibilant recording, also it depends on the preset and on how you speak, I think I accentuate sss sounds when speaking English😂🥹 so in my opinion, sometimes the de-esser is not needed, and sometimes it could be useful as a dedicated processor

I purchased VEA to try. My work is mixing TV commercials/promos with VO. VEA muddies the overall VO tone, and its EQ suppresses clarity. All in all, a waste of money for me. YMMV depending on what you do, but it's no surprise to me that something so simplified provides a low quality result.
