It’s like you’re reading my mind!!! 💖😂💕 I’ve been wanting to try some Prime Rib! This looks incredible!
Looks amazing
M favorite meat to eat on Christmas! Can't go wrong with a good rack of prime rib roast. Hasselbeck potatoes and Yorkshire pudding are great sides to serve with prime rib roast. ☺☺☺
Thanks for the knife link. Gotta have good tools. Especially for a pricey cut of meat!❤
the meat thermometer is the key!
Oh, gosh, Camirra-- I about freaked when I saw you spread that butter-Dijon mix onto the meat! It is your such genius that made me subscribe to your channel. You are brilliant and speak to my culinary heart time & time again. Sending you my live!
the dijon butter is so good! dijon is such an underrated kitchen ingredient to me. im so glad you enjoy the channel!
@@CamirrasKitchenI love prime rib, always treat my grandchildren with one, I will use this recipe for this weekend. Thanks
Looking good
Thanks 👍
Definitely going to try this recipe. Thanks so much for sharing it.
Awesome work! We use this method as well and it works perfectly! THe one ingredient that I dont see people use often and is Theee #1 addition to any rub that makes prime rib, a Prime Rib (flavor wise)...We always always always use Herbs De Province. Such and under used herb that just works. Thanks for sharing your recipe
Thank you! You gave me a new recipe that I will try. I love the way it looked.
This rib roast is on point and yes I will be making it thank you and Merry Christmas❤🎄🎄🎄
I sure will I just bought one the other day and I am going to try your recipe looks delicious thank you Brenda from New Jersey
Wonderful!
I’m glad that you have a recipe that you love, and I used to do the reverse sear, however, I found that the starting out at 500°, turning the oven off and letting it set for hours makes the most tender unbelievable prime rib ever. Absolutely amazing. I don’t exactly know why people French the roasts, but I love the meat in between the bones, it’s so tender and yummy. However, for those of you who don’t is an option for you. I always leave all the fat on the outside, because I wanted to render down to make Yorkshire pudding Which is so easy and so wonderful with a lovely roast like you just made. I highly recommend making Yorkshire pudding. It takes two minutes. Remember to buy an Angus USDA choice or prime rib roast. Don’t let them slip you select or some ungraded meat which they often do in grocery stores, take out the one that has the most fat threads running through it. That will be the most tender and flavorful and juicy. Enjoy your prime rib everybody !
Yelp, leave that bone at 500 then turn off.
Thanks sweetie for this recipe ❤
Camirra, you have the BEST video out there that I have seen on reverse searing a prime rib, and I've watched over 50 videos! It's by far the best method for making a foolproof prime rib. And your au jus recipe is on point too. My only thoughts are to let the roast sit out covered loosely with foil to redistribute the juices from 1 to 2 hours. This also gives you time to use your oven for side dishes. Then add to a 475 degree oven 10-15 minutes vs. 500 or broiling to prevent the top from getting black/burnt. Many videos do that and all of them have a burnt top crust which is why I have watched so many! So I am following your recipe with those changes only. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Will be making this roast
That is a perfect rib roast for my family. We like it medium as well. Thank you for sharing n Happy Holidays❤️

Hi, Camirra just can't stop watching your phenomenal meals! This is going to be a Masterpiece perfect " Prime Rib Roast Recipe!" Easy instructions! I'm going to cook your Delicious looking Rib Roast ! 😋
A tip. Season your roast before you tie the bones back on, that way you get the seasoning over all the meat. Also, a paring knife would work better when Frenching the bones.
Thanks 😊
I agree I said the same thing in a comment. It makes a big difference seasoning there!
i cant wait to cook mines
I truly thank you sharing this one. As i have an electric stove and didn't know how I could cook a Prime Rib roast in it. I do mine on the grill smoking it until doneness.
smoking it is amazing! i just dont have a smoker at my apartment. some prime rib methods dont work out too well on an electric stove
Oouuu girl that thumbnail is everything!!! Great recipe happy Holidays

Never cooked prime rib before...will definitely make this one.
Heyyyyy MrzCamirra....Looks good to me.
Looks delicious...😋😋🎄☃️❄️🎁
For future reference when u cut the meat from the bones. Always season in-between b4 u tie them back on. U will notice a big difference in the taste.
Kinders Seasonings are the best!!
Chef Camirra 👩🏾🍳, what a beautiful well seasoned Rib Roast and gravy😋. WOW the cooked meat looks succulent tasty, juicy and amazingly Yummylicious 😋. Well done 👏🏽👏🏽✨👑✨👸🏽💐🧡💐💛🎄🤶🏼🎁🎉🎈❤️🥰
We have prime rib every NYE. Only thing I do differently is season the meat then put the bone back on, which is seasoned too. Oh, I don't reverse sear. Thanks! 💙
yes there are so many methods to doing it. actually i should have seasoned the botton of the meat, but i had already tied it and wasnt doing it again lol. still came out really good
@@CamirrasKitchen 😂 It's hard to mess up prime rib. I know it was good.
Hi miss camrria you are going to make me put on a lot of weight with all of theses delicious episode 😊 I absolutely love how you does have endless delicious recipes and technic I will just as many of your episode's try this recipe absolutely delicious thanks for another beautifully done episode ❤
Thank you so much 🤗
Pro tip: Turn your smoke alarms off and open the windows during the browning phase lol That is a perfect medium, I prefer med rare though, pull at 116 at 250.
Yes if you like more rare pull earlier. I can handle medium rare but some ppl in my family can’t 😂
Sis law after that brunch I am done
Beautiful
Hi, came across video on home page, great job explaining everything, some channels don't do that. I never made one tol way back in culinary school, over complicated lol. Made one with Michael symon in the days and separated the bones and tied also but seasoned inbetween, smothers with Dijon mustard first then seasoning, but i refer spicy brown mustard, loys fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs everywhere including drippings last hour cooking.. Browning seasoning makes total sense 👍, i enjoyed this very much, tyvm tc
i love your method! i will try spicy brown mustard.
@@CamirrasKitchen lol, I'm gonna use browning seasoning (kitchen boutique) then spicy brown mustard, you inspired me, absolutely can't hurt👍, have 5 bone rib roast aging til Sunday I'll take it out and clean it up, hope you and family have a merry Xmas
i like the browning seasoning idea. i thin jsut a touch could enhance it. im thinking a litle bit could just be rubbed all over before the spices are added
@@CamirrasKitchen yes, I use kitchen bouquet but same as Maggi, I've never used on rib roast and no idea why🤷, this is why I love seeing other ideas here, you do relate to people very well which is great. Shame not many butchers anymore. Always butcherd game on the side but lots regulations 🤢 lol.
Great simple recipe! Like your method. I was hoping you would season the underside of the roast and bones after you cut them off. Have to season to the bone!
Now, I’m contemplating going to Costco and buying one.
you can do that! i actually agree with you. but i had already tied it and wasnt doing it again lol. still came out really good lol
I in my way
love you girl, but you have to season in between the bone before you tie it back up
lol I though if that after I tied it. But i was no untying that thing 😂
May I suggest 1 or 2 day dry brine with (salt) makes the roast incredible
I agree
Hello Everyone- I would absolutely love to call out and see Camirras Kichen and kimmys Kreations1 do a few videos together❣️❣️❣️❣️2 amazing cooks working together ❤️ 💖 💙 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

It to raw. Like mine extra well done like coal.
lol 😂 cook it longer you will get there I promise
Sorry to hear that.
No blood nothing pink 😮
Then it's not prime rib. Want no pink go with a brisket. Every cut has it's cook point
