*Update!* So I wrote this about the 8 hr cleaning video, but figured this will be good to share for people who want updates on if these things work. I always wish people would give an update on if a hypnosis vid worked for them, so I'm going to give one on my experience! I had written you about my anxiety issues causing me to have a difficult time being hypnotized. You suggested I listen to it as I sleep rather than focusing on it. That & the 8hr video worked! I seriously can't thank you enough, it has improved the quality of my life ENORMOUSLY. I deal with depression & cleaning is so hard for me. My home was a neverending mess & I hated living in it & it's always been that way & I just couldn't change it long-term. I listened to this & now I don't dread or avoid cleaning. I put things away instead of just leaving them there (I always had this weird mental block with putting things away & they would just stack up). When I cook now I clean up while doing so instead of letting it pile up on me until I'm overwhelmed. These are things I've *never* been able to do. I took one day for each room & did a deep cleaning & now I'm easily maintaining it whether I'm having a bad day or not. I actually look forward to it! After the first week or so I sat there wondering why all of a sudden everything was different & I remembered I listened to the vid & I was shocked. I didn't make the connection at 1st, I had forgotten about the video, but suddenly I was regularly doing things I NEVER did & enjoying something I've always hated & it just felt natural. I've even woken up thinking, "I want to make some time to clean today!" 😳 You're amazing & what you do is phenomenal. I feel like this saved my life. You've given me such a blessing. Thank you. I'm going to post this comment on the other cleaning vids, so people can see how amazing this is!

I also have ADHD and carbs, sugar and process food really make a difference in my lifestyle quality. I been having some rough days, eating bad and I'm suffering the consequences. Yes, it's been amazingly helpful for my son and I for mental clarity and focus and quieting nerves and having consistent and steady energy all day. It's basically like a GAPS diet on 10x!

Hey Anthony! I like so much of your stuff, but hardly ever listen b/c u don't use binaural beats. I wld LOVE it, & use your stuff all the time tho if u did! Is it possible for u to consider making Binaural beats & Isochronic tones part of your background music soundtracks? I have adhd really bad, so I really need brain-training tools like these to get into a hypnotic state. I know that they have Apps where u can create your own uncopywrited binaural beats sounds. (B/C I was once going to use 1 to create my own meditation) So it should be pretty easy to add these in to your background music. I should have posted this comment under 1 of your videos 2 or 3 yrs ago when I 1st subscribed. 😄 But I guess my A.D.D kept making me 4get! 😆 Anyway, I really hope u will consider! -Thx!
Not sure how you missed it. The main suggestion portion starts a little past the 3 minute mark and goes until around the 14 minute mark when the suggestion to fall sleep is made.
I seriously don’t want to improve “my self image, my confidence , my self worth, taking action, my health,,my life’s goals” or anything else.... I simply want to improve my cleaning and organizational skills
i am struggling to clean home for my family to visit after divorce. then i dream about going to mental asylum using these sleep hynopsis while taking nap, what doesn’t it mean?
The main hypnosis portion on cleaning begins at about the 3:25 mark. It's specifically targeting this, so I'm not sure if you missed this or what. This is the most powerful section, in hypnosis. Not just listening to affirmations. They're great, but only supportive of the hypnosis topic, which is very specific and targeted. After about the 14 minute mark, you are guided to sleep and the supportive affirmations kick in. Are they specifically about cleaning? No. They are meant to bolster your view of yourself to be someone you care enough about to clean for your benefit and because you are worthy of a clean environment.
The sleep hypnosis session at the front installs the cleaning programming. The affirmations afterward support it, so you know you deserve it and desire to work in your best interest.

This is great for increasing confidence and self worth , which I don’t need... it is however NOT for cleaning, which I desperately need.
