    Thank you so much for this one.. it has always been hard for me to keep on top of cleaning. I feel extremely stressed when things are dirty and I’m not taking care of my hygiene, but it becomes increasingly difficult to bring myself to do care tasks. This stems from being yelled at daily about cleaning, physically forced into showers and degraded daily when I got anything dirty. Parents, please be kind to your children about cleanliness. Be okay with a little mess. Be okay with your children not being clean. Trust me. If I had empathy whenever I didn’t want to shower, and was allowed to just do it later or the next day, maybe it wouldn’t be so hard now. If I wasn’t screamed at to do the dishes if I didn’t do them right away, or guilted into doing them, maybe they would be my favourite care task. Be kind to your children. Guide them, don’t traumatize them.

      Wow I really relate to this. I have adhd so cleaning has always been hard for me and now I have this looming fear that I’ll be punished for my messes which triggers my anxiety making it damn near impossible for me to clean. I’m really working hard to heal this though.

    I searched cleaning affirmations just to see if it exists. I’m pregnant and having a hard time organizing my room, it’s very overwhelming for me lately.     I’m going to listen to this tonight when I go to bed.
    I will share my experience after this because I really need to de clutters and clean my house. My husband, daughters and siblings are upset with me with my messy home that I’m embarrassed to have people over my house.
    If this works- I’m going to invite people over my house! I’m looking to No more hidden, excuses or embarrass home. I’ve been praying for years for God to help me live a simple, beautiful and clean house to live in. My life needs to change! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    I've been trying to work out if I started playing this at night because I wanted to change, or it's changed me. either way I've never cleaned the house so much, and enjoyed it. My house was always a mess but I can see a big difference after just 1 week, great video and perfect length too. thanks :) I'll try the childhood trauma next

    Your house cleaning affirmations are the best on TH-cam. I need to be alert & energized to clean because of constant fatigue.       Success on the mess! 😆 I got up early, managed to begin and getting quite a lot done already. Of course, still dealing with the "spring cleaning that never ended, circa 2019", so I have to take it all in steps and stages (and my youngest giving me furniture, bags and boxes of stuff she wasn't sure of taking to her next place or not and our stuff got a kinds of mixed up over time)-she ALSO has MS and we BOTH get that brain fog where time just seems to disappear over the years.
      But I like "Tetris" and moved a massive amount of stuff to a sensible way to address it, piece by piece. But I've been so busy, this is the first chance I've had to get online all day, so yes!
      I can report major success with my MESS and my MS dared NOT to peek an eye open my way, lol, I was a woman on a mission today!
      Thank you so much for this video, it really DID make a noticeable difference!!!

    I clean and clean and I have the sensation that has not end, that I can't go ahead. I got diagnosticated the last yaer as a cleaning TOC and insted of get stressed I got very happy. I love perfection and enjoy cleaning but never get satisfaction. I am always looking for the next level. At leat, this help me to practice my English. A bunch of Thanks. 🤗🌵🇲🇽

    Hey Jess! First of all, thank you so much for sharing your secrets to success with us and helping us on our own paths to our higher selves. You make such a beautiful impact in someone's life each time they click on one of your videos. Which is why I would like to share them with a friend who is in a dark place in life. The only problem is, he's incredibly cynical so I'm having a hard time convincing him. Could you please make a video explaining the science behind the sleep affirmation videos specifically? I feel as though if it were something he could understand and identify with, he would be more likely to try it.

    Could you do a CD with these affirmations that could be used when up and about even when driving. I just found and subscribed to your channel a few days ago. I really like this video but would prefer to have this in CD format. One to be used when sleeping and one to be used when you want to be alert and active.
    I am listening on my smart phone but this limits my ability to use the video. If you could make CD 's at an affordable price I would be interested in them.

    How long before I feel motivated? I suffer depression and my house work has suffered and I cant bring myself to clean it. Listened for 2 days whilst sleeping and no change yet x

      Everyone is different. Some people see shifts after a week, for others it takes longer.       I also suffer the depression (a book about healing from depression suggested people refer to it as "the depression" and never "my depression" to remind onseself it is a temporary condition that is separate from who you are and to notice it is a temporary condition that sometimes peaks and other times wanes, like the waves on the ocean we can learn to surf or to dive under and come out on the other side.
      What works best for me is to play this video in the morning, on a day I know I have some time to devote to cleaning, and the depression is not at it's worst (on days when the depression is bad I choose to do more pleasant things with free time, like sit outdoors in sunlight, hydrating with water and herbal tea while reading uplifting fiction to boost my mood, taking a walk or watching videos on TH-cam or watching a favorite film or TV program if weather is bad -- mood uplift can come from sunshine's free vitamin D and fresh air).
      While getting ready for the day, I listened to these encouring affirmations.
      The night before, I listen to another topic in the Manifest by Jess reprogram your subconscious mind playlist while I sleep ... self-love, gratitude, forgiveness and good health are great affirmation videos to help uplift the depression).
      When I felt ready in the morning, and a bit motivated by the affirmations, I started to clean and declutter, in whatever order of tasks I felt like from moment to moment, to make it more enjoyable, repetedly reminding myself not to pressure myself to accomplish more than the depression's limit on my energy wants to allow.
      Sometimes while cleaning I repeat (during silent pauses inbetween affirmations) "I am ..." version of the affirmations with all the positive energy possible.
      I appreciate the reminder in affirmations to praise myself for nurturing myself by cleaning and decluttering and I do that, out-loud, every now and then to help get past the depression to make what improvements I can in my home (days when the depression is at its worst, highest peaks I can easily get distracted listening to affirmations and they can turn into a sarcastic, angry commentary in my head because my conscious mind is critically observing some evidence to the contrary of the positive affirmations which makes me reject them, on a better day, hearing affirmations is soothing and motivating.
      Brain researcher, Bruce Lipton, and spiritual teacher, Louise Hay, say it's most-helpful to listen to affirmations as we sleep, because affirmations can best change our thoughts when unchallenged by inner-critic that lives in the conscious mind.

    How long after or how many sessions does it take to actually get the benefits.
    I listened to other hypnosis for cleaning videos for over a month and didn't get through this OVERWHELMING Clutter.
    I'm switching up for the new year and want to know when I can expect to see an impact.
    Maybe I need to listen to something before this... ?
    I just don't know. I just need to get all this junk of my apartment.
    I don't know how it got to this and it's super frustrating. Especially when I have 2 able bodied Children that don't help!

    Perhaps, you have explained this, but I couldn't find anything that addresses this. Why do you use "you are" instead of "I am" statements?

      Hi Blair, so sorry for the late reply. I have both "I am" and "You Are" versions of all my Reprogram Your Mind tracks on my channel. This is because both 'You Are' and 'I Am' have their own merit. The 'You Are' is ideal for those wanting to feel as though SOMEONE ELSE is telling them how special they are, how worthy they are etc. The 'I Am' allows them to OWN the affirmation and affirm it into their manifested reality. Everyone is individual and tends to have a preference for hearing these affirmations in the 'You Are' or 'I Am' format. I recommend that people listen to each and see which one feels better for them. This may well vary from track to track e.g. you may like hearing Self Love affirmations in the 'I Am' format, but prefer Wealth affirmations in the 'You Are' format. Each individual should allow themselves to be their own guide with this - their intuition will tell them 🙏 I hope this helps my friend. With so much love, Jess 💓

      You don't necessarily need to listen while you sleep. You can instead set aside time for meditation. By meditating, you will put your brain into a 'Theta' state - this is when your brain is most receptive to the reprogramming. So meditate for say 5-10 minutes and then listen to this track for as long as you wish to. Many of us (including me) also listen to these more often e.g. when going for a walk, taking a bath, cooking dinner, as we get ready in the morning. It's up to you - the more the better! Do what works for you and feels like a pleasure. With so much love, Jess 💓

    The Universe Is Mental, As above, so below. I know plenty of people
    who live in their own little worlds of their own making.
    We are 100% what we think we are. We are all worthy of a good life,
    These affirmations 100% help me.
    The ones I am repeat the affirmation, I did one for better wealth
    and health for about 2 weeks off and on.
    You know how people look like they feel like a million Bucks
    but they are dirt poor. Somehow my mind has shifted
    and I no longer worrying about money, well, not as much.
    Am I getting rich? Probably not but by changing my thinking and knowing I am worthy I am
    80% more likely grab opportunities or go after things that before I would never have,
    if I weren't actively programming my mind. Telling myself everyday that ....
    Students and kids should be taught this stuff.
    Take Madonna. She knew what she wanted and created herself
    right away. She must have been telling herself every second, "I got this"

      You need to listen to this while your brain is in a 'Theta' state, which basically means when your brain is in that sleepy state as you fall asleep and as you are just waking up in the morning. Most people just listen to it for the first hour or 2 of sleeping and then again as they are waking up. That is when your brain is most receptive to the reprogramming. However, many of us (including me) listen to them more often than that e.g. when going for a walk, taking a bath, cooking dinner, as we get ready in the morning. It's up to you - the more the better!
