      right click on the video and put it in "LOOP" mode and it will loop over and over through the night while sleeping. This is what I do. Hope this helps. Blessings

      @@AntonyReed Great Hypnosis but I’m not one to be overweight & am ectomorph body type trying to put on lean defined muscle mass, v taper, fully sculpted body top to bottom, & amazing spinal alignment posture. I’m a 31 yo male. Would you be open to make a short 10-15min daily hypnosis so I can visualize my ideal body & feel motivated & driven to go every day (do my stretches & all exercises upper or lower body with slow controlled movements & great form; to not be influenced or intimated by other guys lifting too much but incrementally increasing my intensity level each time without compromising form) & not comparing my progress/level of attractiveness based on the other men I see at the gym but to know I too am capable of achieving my ideal physique (6 pack abs etc) by being consistent & seeing that as my reality & making the shift 🙏🏼 i would be nice to get a hypnosis video for us fellas

    I was very excited to find this video, but could not get past the first few moments. I hated the way it sounded to me; there was a weird echo. I tried it in various devices and headphones. Had my son listen as well; he too hated the echo.
    Thanks anyway.
