You couldn't pay me to live in Colorado, and this is more house than I need, but there are elements of this home that speak loudly to me - not the least of which is that front porch! You did such a great job of speaking this house. A nice, comprehensive walkthrough and most enjoyable tour WITHOUT MUSIC!!! 👏🏾 Kudos!
I agree with you…the door coming in from the garage into the laundry room is just a tad cramped. Imagine its winter and you have your snowy, muddy boots on, and you’re carrying several bags of groceries, and there is laundry in progress. Prolly best not to drag dirty into a clean area.
If you look closely that came as afterthought. Because that door was meant to come from garage and nothing should be there. The planner realized later that they needed a laundry room.
I love the interior. It's so homey looking. I'm not a fan of bathtubs so this really suits me. The master suite is really nice. As far as sweet tea, it's not really a thing in Colorado or Wyoming. I've lived both places and I don't like it either. Thanks for another fun tour, Tim!☺️
Very nice house! I do like a designated room for the laundry, though. No need for anyone to go through the laundry room when coming in through the garage. Thank you again Timothy!
My Piano would go in the very first room to the left of the entryway. I'd put it on the angled wall. It would be my library, music room and little office.
Since these are plans, would it be possible to have the model built with some structural changes, such as the laundry room? And built in another state than Colorado? For the bathroom linen area, you can buy soft material baskets for towels and sheets, lidded or open.
Basic layout is good but I didn't like the entrance or laundry room. Some of the rooms are a tad small. My 1960's rancher has larger bedrooms. The smallest is 12' by 14'.
These are models. They’re built on kind of odd lots but their jobs is to just show you what’s available. The house you actually buy will either be built on a different lot or moved onto a lot.
The laundry room seems to be an afterthought that they missed when drawing up the floor plan. That's a room you'd expect to see in a new $200k home. For a $600k+ home, builder should at least finish the garage walls with insulation and drywall
TIMOTHY?? THIS HOUSE IS A BAD MAMMA JAMMA!! SO UNIQUE AND IT LOOKS LIKE A LOT OF FUN YOU CAN HAVE IN THERE!! DEFINITELY VERY MODERN!! THE HUDSON IS A (HECK) OF A HOUSE!! THANK YOU AND CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN ON YOU AND YOYR WIFE'S NEW BUNDLE OF JOY!!
I don't like the open stairwell to the lower area, it's not energy efficient especially in Colorado and that First bedroom door opened gives straight view into living room and vice versa so not much privacy.
I don't like open shelves, messy and actually unsanitary in the bathroom to have your towels exposed all the time. I want either a door or cabinet style doors period. No exceptions
Yuck no sweet tea I love open concept so when you walk into a home you can see the back, Kitchen and all!! I had someone tell me the great reason not to have under-mount microwaves...if you have small kids, it would be very easy for them to put stuff in the microwave, push enough buttons and bam you have a disaster
I like that it is under a million dollars, and just as nice.
I LOVE the layout of this house. Would need a bigger laundry room though.

Just love your tours! You keep getting better and better

This home is beautifully decorated!
Laundry aside, this is a nice home for a smaller or younger family. I appreciate the non-standard layout and most of the extra angles.

AWESOME! Thanks for sharing!
The kitchen comment at the Island. I hear that all the time too. Its a blessing and curse

Laundry room is a major disappointment! Need a wash basin! Garage is nice! Lot size of the models is very tight and also disappointing!
The laundry room way too small , also next to the front door ? Not for me
I don’t need a wash basin but I hate feeling cramped in when I’m trying to do laundry. No breathing room and needs strange.

I totally agree with everything. I was thinking the exact same thing! 💡🙋🏾♀️👍🏾
I like this kitchen and would want those natural wood cabinets throughout. I don't like the black brick fireplace since you can't see it.
Is there something going on with your lens or are those doors really that narrow?
$680k for this is LUDICROUS.
How do you drive into the garage? It’s landscaped.

Hover car
They add the driveway after they sell it...
@@Caulstan0878😂
I like it!!!
Have you explored Maryland yet? I am looking for a builder
My eldest daughter’s neck of the woods 🤗
The garage should be insulated and completely finished
The only thing I like about this one is the garage.
Are those drive-thru plants in front of the garage?

Hey fellow Peasants! Let’s feast our eyes on the Lord’s table.
Way too close to the other homes

Too much garage space not enough home. JMHO.

I love your channel ( subscribed & all ) but man every thumbnail is “the best floor plan” how is very house the best floor plan? Great vid tho.

😉👌
I'd make the laundry room bigger to have room for a smaller counter and small sink.
DVDs 😂
This is literally the worst new build construction I’ve ever seen. The only thing that doesn’t suck is the pantry.
LOL, Sweet Tea is Normal. Unsweetened tea is Abnormal.
3600sqt.and no half bath, shameful.
Language! The worst! Baddest is not a word!
Keep your kids out of the master bathroom.
This nitwit says "right" at the end of every sentence. So annoying.
