The segment two-thirds in made me feel that it would be tremendously helpful for someone experienced to write an article about all the (generalized) equipment one should purchase when starting up. Excluding a vehicle. But a good breakdown of where that starting capital is going.
Great information! Thank you for taking the time to do this! I’m working on getting my license and would like to work for a company first before I spread my wings. There were subjects you brought up that I never even thought of.
public record database is a nother avenu as its freely avalabel other databases are viabal but would reqier eather payment or subscription if your a beginner pi stick with the free databases but all so incorparate your observasions as well what databases dont turn up good old gumshoe work can ( savalence dooknock searching rubishbins etc just dont go brakeing any laws sucvh as privacy law and code of conduct/code of ethics )) All so besure to follow the A B C of investagation A (Assume Nothing) B (Believe Nothing) C (Check Everything)
I’m only about 10 minutes in, but it sounds like this is going to be focused on how to go into business for yourself. What if someone wants to get hired as an investigator working for a PI? Do you have any videos on how to get started in that?
Thank you so much I have learned a lot and I am following you because this is something that I really have always wanted to get into I am a business owner as well as an aua turn in the medical field.
Great roundtable discussion with valuable insights for new PIs. What do you think is the most crucial piece of advice for someone just starting in this field?
You best bet is TLO xp reports, it is more accurate and up to date on current addresses. Accurint is the industry standard but not the most up to date if you want to know where someone lives, especially if they move around a lot. If someone is like a ghost, have to hire a skip tracer.

Great contents. Thanks to all.

Great info, thanks! 👍
What are your thoughts on LEXIS/NEXIS ACCURINT

Good info, Ty.
Comparable with IDI?
@@dadathome584 IDI has a great user interface and fast as it's all on the cloud, but not as up to date/reliable info as TLO in my experience.
Dont be fat
