Chicken split from Chicken run is top shelf, I’d say the fried chicken is probably the best food from here, The place is old school and I’ve been visiting this place since I was at school… decades 😂 great content as usual Ali. I’d definitely recommend you try jerk junction in Chorlton.
@@jawlig must of been a bad day, the man cooks it off a oil drum bbq barrel, there’s not a Caribbean I know that bbqs it chicken like they do . The chicken is moist, spicy and the jerk gravy slightly sweet to compensate. Where would you recommend for good proper jerk chicken?
@@jawlig Kool runnings is a good shout the peppered steak is very good. I wonder if you tried the right jerk junction? There used to be one in levenshulme and this one in chorlton was also owned at the time by the same person. This has been under new owners for a couple of year now. I’d definitely recommend trying again. 👍🏻
@@christie12344444 Eat Sweet used to be amazing, in Burnage. I lived right near it and was gutted when they closed. I believe they have re located to Church St area in town, l never go there these days but am gonna make an exception soon!

Front of the car can be tricky to do anything other than just sitting lol. I feel using the back seat would work better as you can push the front seat forward and use the arm rest if needed. Might feel/look weird but would certainly make handling the food a lot easier. Just stick the camera on the front seat headrest.
I think Kool Runnings in trafford is another good shout their jerk wings are on another level. Also Buzzrocks for their half Jerk chicken, rice and pea and their famous gravy which you could have on its own.

Have you thought of having a large tray in your car so you can display and set out your food in comfort? You could even design your own Heyman trays.
