Great fix. Buy a gallon of Fluid Film and spray underneath and in all those rubber grommets. Any oil rustproofing will work wonders, it creeps and collects dust locking out moisture. I have my Grand Cherokee done every couple years, summertime is best, gives it time to creep. 133k and zero rust in Buffalo if you can believe it.

Great job. Got a small rust patch behind passenger side door on Ford Taurus on need to repair. This helps me see how to do it right.

Timely video! Working on my ancient F600 & contemplating some of the rust (or the remaining metal - depending on point of view).

Nice work Bob, looks pretty good. I like how you made the sheet metal bender, thought of doing the same with my metal work.

Very nice job, I think you caught that rocker panel kind of in the nick of time what would’ve got a lot worse really fast! I have only one niggle about using only primer on the inner panel. Now maybe your product is different but primers in my experience although absolutely necessary long-term causes problems on their own if they’re not covered with a final paint. I am told this is because primers actually absorb water and hold it near the metal. As long as they’re covered with a final exterior sealing paint this problem is negated.

If I owned a welder, I'd fix my left rear rocker panel.
You fixed the rocker panel with thicker sheet metal than RAM used to make the truck.

Great job. I especially liked the improvised metal brake. No one will know that it wasn't Dodge that created that imperfection. 😉
