- Let's embark on an exciting journey as we begin building a new kit! This time, we'll delve into the world of 4WD with Tamiya's latest offering on the CC-02 Chassis - the Ford Bronco 2021. This kit presents a thrilling challenge and requires a higher skill level than some of the kits I've previously showcased on the channel.
The Ford Bronco's captivating appearance has led me to venture beyond the box art for the body, and I can't wait to reveal the sneak peek of the color in this video. As a bonus, this kit comes with some fantastic upgrades, including oil-filled shocks and an LED light kit, which adds a touch of realism to the model. Notably, the light kit is included in the North American market, saving nearly $80.00CDN if purchased separately.
In this video, we will do step 33 where we will put together the dampers.
As a reminder, I am building both the Toyota Hilux Extra Cab CC-01 and the Ford Bronco 2021 CC-02 together so that we can do a direct comparison of how they both operate. Because I want these to be built as trail trucks/climbers we are building them for those purposes. So for both vehicles, any and all axles that can be, are being built with locked differentials. In the case of the CC-02, we also have the option to build it with the low speed gear setting which is what we did in step 2.
Throughout the build process, if you have any questions or need clarification on anything, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to assist and wish you great success in assembling this kit. Let's get started!
One of the steps, which're going on easy but you need a lot of motivation to start. Great job Freddy
True…but I’m now looking forward to starting work on the body. Getting closer.
Hey hey Freddy, no need to start the year with a damper, our British weather is already making a good job of that😂😂😂 only joshing 😂😂 nicely done my friend. Happy New Year 🍾🎉🥳
