    I just found your videos and made both the hibachi chicken and vegetables and they were fantastic! I have tried so many times to make variations of both and have always wound up with watery mushy veggies and chicken. I will use these techniques in so many other cooking applications too, especially doing the mushrooms so they don't come out watery and steamed! Do you have printed "recipes" that explain these methods that I could print? Either way, I will be turning to you for all my cooking tips from now on! Thank you!!

      Hi, Michelle!!
      Thanks for the kind words! I don't have any links to printable recipes, but I generally include text breakdowns in the video description.
      I have a website domain purchased, but I haven't had it set up yet. That's coming soon! I promise I'll have links to all the video recipes on there!!
      I'm super happy you enjoyed the recipe!! Thank you so much for watching! I sincerely appreciate you!!

    Just found you and am binging videos. Question: how long would you hold the seared cutlets in the fridge for? With the method showcased it should be possible to prep several pounds of chicken on a day with more time (ie weekends) and then just finish the dish quickly with a variety of sauces and veg on days with less time (ie weekdays).

    • @farmageddon
      @farmageddon  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, Bob! You can do that. They'll last for 3-4 days in the fridge!
