The white building at 2:52 is actually an old train station. The tracks used to run where the sidewalk is now. I have a friend at school whose dad works in that building.
@Wehategod Both Sarasota and Bradenton were served by the ACL and SCL prior to Amtrak's existence. As far as I know, rail service ended in 1971. Amtrak offers Thruway motorcoach service, but no rail service.
Ok...one day the 91 will not have to back into Tampa on the north and southbound run. It really should run through Lakeland straight through in either direction. Let me write a billion dollar check to lay the tracks....Got to find out who owns the possible land rights for the track bed.

Weird. The Star is now assigned 2 sleepers, while the Meteor gets 3. There's also somewhat of a shortage now that the LSL has a Boston sleeper.

So, does Silver Star #92 have sleepers in front near engine, and Silver Star #91 has Sleepers in back? I don't get it.
