That's good, because those are some of the advantages of copyright that makes good music not become meme and banal. I think that the strict copyright of The Beatles has meant that their music is not used left and right for any straw. The music of The Beatles is not usually linked to anything ambiguous: nor to any meme, advertisement or bland movie.
When I hear Beach Boy or Elvis, my mind quickly associates them with T.V. ads, fast food, bland rom-com movies, puerile memes, and Tiktok videos. These artists are an example of magnificent music that has been muddied by the banality of the internet and advertising.

That's my favourite part of listening to any music.
As a kid I got easily stressed about being a "fake fan" if I didn't have the entire discography memories, but growing up is seeing a skippable song, not worrying about it, and trusting that it'll arrive in your life in the future (usually right when you need it)!

Most love songs do this but they disguise it by just saying what the girl should be like and how she should act rather than just blatantly saying "don't let me down"

Same just finished mine a week or so ago.
I just finnished it 3 years ago during Quarantine when they uploaded all the albums to TH-cam, I became a beatlemaniac, I always loved them because my Great Uncle is a beatlemaniac, he played them in road trip vacations and that's how I was introduced to them at the age of 9 or 10, but when you dive deeper into their discography is like... WOAH, so many experimentations, styles and colors, there are songs that still sound current, I can understand why they're still famous after many years.

I could only watch this for 40 seconds before the urge to listen to The Beatles overwhelmed me and I had to go satisfy that urge.
She’s so heavy was so accurate. That alone deserves a like.
This just proves that The Beatles are hands down the best desert island option for what band you’d have to listen to for the rest of ur life. They’re range in genre is just insane. And the amount of content they have is even greater. You’d rarely get tired of them.

As a kid myself while growing up, I didn't get why everyone loved The Beatles or what made them so popular. Even with Simpsons and Family Guy episodes referencing them, that Powerpuff Girls episode that fully referenced the band, the commercial for The Beatles Rock band edition game, and the poster of all their album covers that my old elementary school music teacher had hanging up on the wall next to the piano, I didn't become interested in them. Now that I'm a Beatlemaniac, I'm wondering to myself: What was wrong with me back then? What was keeping me away from this masterpiece?

Because when I became interested in such things that were old fashioned like listening to Frank Sinatra, listening to Jailhouse Rock from Elvis Presley, listening to songs that were from Queen and David Bowie, and watching old TV shows I grew up with during the pandemic, maybe the spark came up to my brain and The Beatles came to the light.

@@lisettegarcia7013 Thankfully most people get out of their One Direction phase over time or at the very least realize they don't hold a candle to being the best British musicians when compared to The Beatles, Rolling Stones, etc. On the other hand once you get into Beatlemania you never come out. However I did want to pop in here to say BTS is truly a great group and actually is an accurate depiction of a modern successor to The Beatles. Even Paul has given them kudos about it, they're the next best thing. I recommend you listening to their songs Pied Piper, Spring Day, 134340, and Fake Love - they're really some of the best music put out and hold the same weight as A Day in The Life, Strawberry Fields Forever, In My Life by The Beatles to me.
