Спасибо большое за добрые слова. Usually it stays the same, no matter plural, feminine or neuter. Чей это телефон? (masculine) Чья это рубашка? (feminine) Чьё это пальто? (neuter) Чьи это вещи? (plural) As we can see, the form of the word "чей" gives us the idea, so "это" doesn't matter.

Thanks for watching. It's pronounced like [kemty rabotaish]. In the fast speech some sounds are very short but they are all pronounced. I usually give the examples with a natural speed. And how did you hear that?

Thank you! Usually we say "что ты думаешь" following "about". For examle: Что ты думаешь о моей новой причёске? Что ты думаешь об этом фильме? And we use "Как ты думаешь" before another question, like: Как ты думаешь, завтра будет дождь? Как ты думаешь, мне пора продавать машину? Hope that helped a bit.
