Trent you have no idea how much of a gift you are to the world to this society to the next generation that really does need help more than ever do you realize that for the 1st time in life more parents are gonna bury their children instead of instead of our children Burying the parents that bothers me. I want so badly to make a change you have no idea at the core of my stomach II agree with everything you're saying and I am right there with you brother. Every time someone commits suicide my heart just breaks. I know I can make a difference because I am God's daughter and every time someone puts themselves down or I put myself down I quickly shift that thought and say to myself a self I am am putting god down whenever I put myself down or someone else down and and that's hurtful to me so I try very hard to live in that place of love. I’m glad for you that you are progressing. Using the stationary bike is awesome!! You got this!! And hey..I wore one of those boots for a few months, with a cast on my other foot/partial leg. Those things get hot, and physical therapy is hard work. But it’s work. You gotta protect the limbs that get you to where you going. I value mine even more, when I fractured my heels in the Army and went through extensive therapy. I learned to not take my legs and feet for granted and to take care of them. The worst I gotta say, was the hot water/cold water therapy. Ouch!! Lol! Hope you and yours are having a great day!! Love the wind chimes in the background.😃

Yes! These people are weak. We are all imperfect. I always say, you can't complain about a problem and be part of the problem. What is their point? We must teach the difference we want to see in one another. There is nothing to learn from hate. ♥️
And not just normal but beautiful because eventually you feel no struggle press your way into complete peace like you've never felt it is like the energy of the struggle lightens lightens your way up eventually where the struggle becomes not a struggle but it becomes effortlessly and brings along much more peace of mind and acceptability so many Blissful moments you encounter when you step into it it is like the only agitation you get doesn't come from you it comes from other people that agitates your energy or should I say you can really feel their energy weather is distorted or not you're being go through this you are much more Keener and sensitive to the energies around you your senses of your energy detector is so much more stronger and tapped in it is like you got a supercharged
Whatever type of injury you have you are still young and still growing so your body heals much more quicker then if you were a older person believe that you will get well like you have been doing and don't worry about it because whatever injuries you may accumulate I know in your walk you will be healed 100% from whatever injury you might have accumulated whatever you believe you will succeed in it
