Please listen to dermatologist instead of influencers. Especially for those who suffer with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation some of these products should be applied at night instead.

My sensitive skin would be on fire 🔥. No AHA or BHA in the sun for me. I only use those at night. I’ll use Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid during the day. If needed, I skip a day or two.

Correct! I always used it at night and a few times I did not wear sunscreen during the day. I have a huge forehead wrinkle now. I’m convinced that the chemical exfoliants weaken the skin.

    1. BHA's are SAFE to use in the morning
    2. Use ascorbic acid all over your face? It's an antioxidant that prevents hyperpigmentation.
    3. The rest is fine but you don’t need to let the vitamin c soak in for that long.
    4. Sunscreen is more than SPF. Don't use a sunscreen that solely relies on Avobenzone for UVA protection as it is highly unstable. I recommend using sunscreens with new gen filters (lots avaliable in Korea, Japan, and Europe). Also make sure the rating for PA is listed and says at least PA+++.
