It took me actual ages to find a moisturizer even that visibly made my skin more “glowey” (just moisturized basically). Plus, moisturizing is soooo prized with darker skin bc it’s so much more noticeable for us. If I don’t moisturize super often I literally look grey…

Why are they so shocked by “glow” that products give.. It’s not that your skin is radiant from inside, it’s just oil, it’ll be the same glow if you put vegetable oil on your face. Ok guys I just wanted to say that in my opinion this effect isn’t long lasting. It will go away when you rinse the product off of your face and it’ll have the regular look to it again.
Not only it doesn’t protect your skin from sun and the oil can be photosensitive, that means oils can make your skin more vulnerable to the sun. So you will burn faster. That being said, the goal of a skincare is a balanced skin. And a balanced skin when is moisturized will look « glow ».

Try Korean sunscreens. I couldn’t use any western chemical sunscreens but when I switched to Korean I can put them over my eyelids & it’s absolutely fine. They’re cheaper too and spf 50

For oily girls- seems counterproductive but buy etude zero sebum and apply a super light layer just on top of your sunscreen and brush off. Will prevent your own oils mixing in with the sunscreen and turning your face into a pan ready for frying.
i used regular witch hazel from cvs on my face for a whole decade my skin is permanently dry lol it still will just soak everything up but that means i get to have fun with stuff like this! 🥰🥰🥰

Dark skinned girl here 🙋🏽♀️ and I have a moisturiser with spf 30 (the byoma one)which has the exact glow this one and it is apprently better than the whipped cream spf (that what Yuka says) and it is an affordable price (£12 in the uk)
I'm glad that this doesn't show a cast on darker skin, but I would just caution people against using this kind of product as their spf. When you put on SPF you need to use about a quarter teaspoon on your face or a half a teaspoon on your face neck and ears. Because this is a foam, there's no way to know if you're actually using enough to get SPF 30. If it were a very high spf, I would feel more comfortable using it because not using quite enough would probably still get me to about spf 30. I just don't think the gimmick is worth the risk. I don't want to walk around with spf 12 thinking I'm wearing spf 30.
Anything that foams, works better if you put a small amount in your palms, and rub them together till emulsified. Then apply. And dont forget to shake the can. Another note is to know if the propellant is ozone freindly. Peace

The recommended amount is 2g per cm^2… this is a foam so it probably looks like a lot but it’s probably just enough, maybe even insufficient!

I'm dark skinned and not in the sun for extended periods. I only use cocoa butter lotion to moisturize and glow all day.

The best sunscreen I've ever used is Neogen's Airy Sunscreen. SPF50, light weight, non greasy, no white cast, and sets in fairly quickly.

For oily girls- seems counterproductive but buy etude zero sebum and apply a super light layer just on top of your sunscreen and brush off. Will prevent your own oils mixing in with the sunscreen and turning your face into a pan ready for frying.

Dark skinned girl here 🙋🏽♀️ and I have a moisturiser with spf 30 (the byoma one)which has the exact glow this one and it is apprently better than the whipped cream spf (that what Yuka says) and it is an affordable price (£12 in the uk)

I'm glad that this doesn't show a cast on darker skin, but I would just caution people against using this kind of product as their spf. When you put on SPF you need to use about a quarter teaspoon on your face or a half a teaspoon on your face neck and ears. Because this is a foam, there's no way to know if you're actually using enough to get SPF 30. If it were a very high spf, I would feel more comfortable using it because not using quite enough would probably still get me to about spf 30. I just don't think the gimmick is worth the risk. I don't want to walk around with spf 12 thinking I'm wearing spf 30.
Anything that foams, works better if you put a small amount in your palms, and rub them together till emulsified. Then apply. And dont forget to shake the can. Another note is to know if the propellant is ozone freindly. Peace
