Thank you for these videos. Watched them randomly then went back and watched from the first Great job just enough talking to keep us informed great scenery.
The views of Mt. Hood were great! I need to hike to that Eagle Creek tunnel sometime, will be nice when 224 is finally reopened... My wife wanted to see your house and she's telling me not to type that cause it makes her sound creepy stalker hahaha
The music isn't upbeat anymore, it's as if it is signifying the beginning of the end. What is the name of the waterfall that you walk under Rob? There is too much rock cut away not to have a name. Great that you got a couple of days in your own bed too. A distant memory now but I bet it was very welcome. Post Script...... Rob Smiled Again!!! Great video as always, thank you.
We actually had some for our last big hike. We tried them out and decided they didn’t do much for us. That said, there were multiple sections this time that they would have helped for sure. The ash and fine dirt penetrated them pretty easily when we tried them, but the pesky rocks and pine needles could have been prevented for sure.
They are the Sea to Summit Aeros Ultralight. They are pretty comfortable given how minimal they are. They work better for me in conjunction with a shirt or beanie over it to help the texture on my head as they are still basically a fancy bag of air.
I tell ya, there's something wrong with that boy.... for only the second time I remember he smiles when the wind is try to rip out his hair. And then he smiles a SECOND TIME later in this video. Something is happening inside his head and I'm scared.

…. And episode 25 is in 5 minutes! Cool!
Anxiously awaiting your journey! Love keeping up with you guys! Stay safe!
Wow - loving following the adventures! Timberline looks stunning!
Nicely edited. I was doing Timberline with my son within days of your passage. It was nice to see and remember so many of those momentary views.
Love that Timberline Trail! My “home turf go-to hike”
Did Timberline in 2016. Fantastic trail. It led me to do Wonderland and the SHT in 2017 and the AT in 2021!
Thank you for making these
That Tyler guy looked pretty cool...It was so fun meeting you two!
Shouldn’t you be busy testing your gear for your NoBo attempt next year?
Accountability check… how’s the planning for your NoBo going?

Hey there Chris,
It is called Tunnel Falls (appropriately). It is on the Eagle Creek trail amongst probably a dozen other waterfalls.
How do handle staying warm when ur “hoodie” sweats out?
I have a separate camp outfit so I am always sleeping in dry clothes if that’s what you mean :-)
Oakley
Did you guys consider gaiters? I know the dirty girl gaiters are popular with the UL crowd, maybe next time.

Hey, my husband and I are arguing about when you hiked this section. Can you please tell me the time frame of this section?
Hello, the dates of each section are represented in the video description as well as the temperature graph in the top right during the map part.
@@HeadingSomewhere thank you! I didn't realize that. 😊
You got it 👍 … But who won the argument?
@@HeadingSomewhere unfortunately he did. But I'm not telling him!! 🤣🤣
Your secret is safe with us 😂

Getting back in the groove after that rough NorCal experience :)
the guy has issuses, always grumpy and complaining
How that is your take-away from these videos is really confusing to me…
You are grumpy and complaining…… do you have issues?
…I have so many issues
@@HeadingSomewhere having issues can be fun
