    Thank you!! I had a personal trainer who taught me the importance of anti rotation core exercises, but I was having a hard time remembering them since I moved! There’s were also a lot of new ones! These are so much better on my back and don’t cause me unnecessary pain

    Kiwi should have her own channel soon! Great video. I did the standing exercises with raised & lowered toes. Legs and calves were burning. :)

    Would you ever make a video of the gym and the equipment you're working with? Including the bands and the ropes and the carpet and the wood on the wall and the weights? Just so some of us that want to build a home gym can know what's the most important. You don't even have to name the brand. Just something like "if you want to build a home gym, these are the things you should have".

      Hmmm probably not being honest. If you did ever have any equipment questions, Battlehouse Fitness helped me do my build out and Eric can probably help you figure out your needs as he custom made a ton of it! But if you really want a home gym, you technically could use only a pull up bar or suspension trainer and get in killer full body workouts that get amazing results. ;-)

    I have a physical day job, practice yoga, squeeze in rehab exercises, then flake on the couch to watch Redefining Strength.😅

    Question on the trx anti-rotational press, for that one you want to move the band/grip away from you? Not move yourself away?

      Correct. You are trying to keep the lean without shifting as you press the band away.

      Because you posted this question I took a closer look at the exercise. Staggered stance, right foot behind the left. Entire body tilted about 10 degrees to the left. As the grip moves away from the chest, the entire body shift slightly to the right, staying in the frontal plane. A modification, standing on the ball of one foot, may increase the anti-rotational component of this exercise. But, this is only my opinion. See what works for you.

    Nice but the industry needs to rename anti-rotation,core and functional training. They are misnomers. In any pattern rotation is modulated for leverage. You need it! How about ROTATION MODULATION EXERCISES?

      I disagree. Most clients don't know where their quads are. Why make something even more difficult for them to understand?
