How are you going to hire someone? Are you going to ask around or use like indeed or something? I am looking to hire someone too but I want to hire someone young like 18-19-20 to teach them my way. I would rather do that than get someone with experience who may have bad habits or be used to doing it the way they are used to if that makes sense. Also how much more a month do you think you’ll have to pay for like insurence, unemployment, equipment, etc?
Yes indeed and references from people I know. Yes It's good to teach your ways totally agreed. Unemploymen insurance for me is about 100 per month, and I already have the other company insurance and equipment ready. I am going to get a new truck but instead of buying outright I am just going to have monthly payments on because that cash is better used in growing the business like advertising.
