Sir I have done MS from US and currently working as a data scientist here. I want to continue my career but I am inclined towards phd as well. I have heard there are some phd programs where you are allowed to work as well . Do you have any idea about them?

I have no idea.. by law its allowed to have parttime work but PhD is not like other degree program.. it take a lot of time and you will not find time to work anywhere.

From India, yes it is difficult to get industry postdoc.. salary wise 10-20K more in industry... but you can first come in usa and later you can change.

Hello Sir, I am in dilemma and need your suggestion. I am offered a industry job in India and a postdoctoral position in USA.
What to join as industry job is in very renowned top company whereas postdoctoral is in Florida. I am PhD from IIT. I am having good industry experience and if I will go for postdoctoral position that will be only way to go to US. I am confused as US will make your CV strong for academia and industry both and Industry job will do for industry.
