Very well said....but the only way to get to the United States from India is by Post Doc. I applied to numerous US companies and was shortlisted, but I was unable to be selected since I do not have a work visa or reside in the United States.

Yes, you can but finding job with company visa sponsor is tough. you can come here for postdoc and later change to company
