But dont you think, for Green Card, academia is better compared to industry. EB1 or EB2 NIW is more geared toward proving, how many publications you have, show us the impact factor.
Industry research is tough to build a profile for EB1A. Yes, if you have few patents in your name that is different thing.

I watched all of your videos, first time I noticed you are so biased for industry and saying this is better than academia, some points I agree and some I don’t, I am in academia and happy too, my lab don’t work on weekend, my postdoc (Indian) write grants and they read my grants too, I think both academia and industry are good and equally important
