Yes! I love that you give the why behind the treatments and pack so much information in each video. I appreciate your delivery, style and approach. At 48, I have learned to trust myself and my research and not just listen to what someone wants to sell me. I have a thin face and hardly any facial fat. Multiple times, I have been offered treatments, which many people had terrible outcomes from given THEIR own anatomy. Thank you for pointing out how everyone is different and encouraging us to learn about how we should be thinking about treatments and routines given our various needs. And thank you for sharing your time with us.💜🙏

I love these videos and I love brutal honesty! 😄 I've been a skin care nerd all of my life and at 63 my skin is pretty great. I had a face/necklift at 61 by a great PS my dermatologist referred me to because all the wonderful skincare and treatments in the world are not going to stop gravity. I've been getting Botox regularly since my early 40's and for me I only need to get it twice a year.

I won’t lie, I’m nearing 40 and my skin and face have aged so fast in the last year due to health issues and life stressors and I feel so depressed by how bad my skin looks. I see all these dermatologist and people online who worked to get their skin looking so amazing and I don’t know why I can’t seem to get my skin like that no matter how hard I try… I’m trying to work on lifestyle, diet, sleep (which is very hard with chronic illness), products. I’m learning as much as I can but my self-esteem has been so damaged :( I’d give anything to have nice and healthy skin like yours and no providers around are truly helpful… I wish I could work with you and show you my skin and get personalised help 😢

I have EDS/POTS/MCAS/etc. and got my skin looking so much better. It doesn’t happen overnight (taken a year and a half), but I look younger and I’m happy for that. Sometimes I’m bent over in pain smearing my skincare on from bed! It’s just about consistency and it took a lot of research and slowly introducing new products to get here. The hard part nobody tells you is that no one can give us all the answers and it’s a kinda tedious process until it’s all dialed in. I strongly recommend Altreno unless you have oily skin than generic Tret will work. Look up one ingredient at a time and introduce. You got this! I promise it’s just a slow going process.

In my personal opinion based on my experience the vast majority of my aging waa caused by stress. As the gorgeous doc says you need to do everything but what I would really suggest to get a jump start and actually see a fast change is go all in on super nutrition. Even a 3-7 day juice cleanse adding pea protein shakes depending on your weight and health issues. You just have to be 100% clean with all of it, raw food basically. This is just something that will give you a huge boost because you will see fast results which can give you the momentum and lift to start your full regimen. Just my opinion but it really helped me look way younger and healthier fast and I got so many positive comments even from strangers

I remember when I was about 13, there was a 20/20 special on skin and sun damage. They had something similar to a photo booth that showed how “old” your skin was based on sun damage. A lot of people who either religiously sunbathed or used tanning beds. Young women in their early 20s had a lot of sun damage because of it. I remember the special mentioning sunscreen and the importance of using it daily and applying it multiple times a day. It was at 13 that I had my mom buy me sunscreen with SPF 70 and have been using it every single day since. I’m 43 now and still stay out of the sun as much as possible and I work from home and still use sunscreen on all exposed skin. I’m Puerto Rican but very, very fair skinned and tend to burn, but because of my skincare routine and using sunscreen, I don’t look 43. I thank 20/20 every day for that special lol. I have 3 other siblings (2 older and 1 younger) and I still look like I’m the youngest lol.

Thank you for this video! Ive had botox, but as I am now 40, I have had Sculptra recommended to me ( I'm petite and my face is very lean). I know the right provider is important to avoid nodules (and that the mix is different to prevent it now), but I have seen some people online who have had extremely uneven collagen growth in their face (even for years after) which makes me very hesitant to go ahead with it. Is this due to unskilled providers still? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Where I live it seems like everyone is so into that overfilled look (maybe because that’s the only people I see where it’s obvious they’ve had something done?). I would be devastated if I went somewhere and they messed up my face even if it’s a temporary procedure.

What is your opinion on endolift treatment? I am 43 and started to see a bit of sagging on my face and neck area. Do you think it can be helpful for another few years before I go under a knife?

Eye have eyebags and hollow underneath, i dont know what is good, filler or fat grafting for volume loss underneath the eyes? Also skin texture, enlarged pores.
