We have took a large holding deposit (albeit thru a Solicitor of the buyers) for it and await them to sell a property. Should be out for late June/July. Far longer than we hoped for but not everything goes to plan.

Why are u selling it
We have plans for other things along with a lot more Travelling. We have loved it up here.
