    What are owners paying for their Electricity? Looking for prices per kWh and only if it’s supplied thru’ the Site owner. It would be based on commercial rates. Is anyone paying MORE than 0.50p per kWh or is yours far less?

    It is imperitive that ANY penetration through the floor, waste pipes, water pipes, heating pipes etc are fully sealed all around as znts will get into inside snd are abugger to eliminate once they get inside andcrun riot.....as i discovered!
    An interesting catch-up video with some useful info and advice for anyone contemplating owning a lidge or static caravan.

    Top tip for flies.
    Put half a litre of water in a plastic bag pop a few1p pieces in the bottom, tie the top andhang by your door.
    Aparrently it looks to be a wasps nest to flies which freaks them out so they stay away!

    I’ve had possession of a Tingdene new lodge for 14 months now and have had to have the patio doors realigned 5 times. Minor cracks internally were fixed at the 12 month warranty (although the waiting time was 3 months) but I wonder at the integrity of the concrete base unit provided by the site owner
