Equity over cash means you would not get paid for your work done over the vesting period right?
I dont particularly agree with the points in this video, higher amounts means they will see if you are open to being talked down to a lower figure, and ultimately its up to you make the decision on if the number is high enough for you, but I have had plenty of times where I got very high comp because I throughout a outlandish number and was talked down a little bit.
Are there such things as sign-in bonus for start-up?
Disclosing your previous salary only impacts women and minorities? Read that again….. You forgot another demographic.
