    Locality introduction and neighbourhood
    Sector 143 is a developing residential sector situated near the important stretch of Noida Expressway. The sector boasts close connectivity with Mahamaya Flyover, Pari Chowk and other key sectors of Noida and Greater Noida. Nearby localities surrounding Sector 143 include Sector 141, 142, 144, 137, 168 and 135. Multiple office spaces and IT parks are located in proximity of Sector 143 which favourably impact residential demand in the area. The sector is home to several high-rise apartment complexes, both completed and under-construction. These include Logix Blossom Zest, Logix Blossom Greens, Gulshan Ikebana, Sikka Kaamna Greens, Victory Ace and Saha Amadeus.

    Noida Expressway and its service road, allows uninterrupted and quick commute with other areas of Noida and Greater Noida. Besides, Sector 143 has its own metro station on Aqua Line which conveniently connects Noida Sector 51 with Depot station in Greater Noida.
