- The new Primo water dispenser is a bottom pump fed machine. It dispenses hot water (has a child safety button) dispenses cold water and brews your favorite hot K-cup beverage. I rate this new machine 4.5 out of 5 stars.
You did a great job describing this unit. I watched several others prior to yours.yours had the best detail.
My unit arrived today. Instructions weren't that clear. So, I decided to TH-cam before diving in.

Just got one and the first time I tried to brew a cup of coffee, the 8 oz button got stuck. Have to take it back. Also, as someone else mentioned, the coffee seems to brew weak. I might not get a replacement.

Our kcups aren't working properly. I can take out the plug near the needle and out it back every single time that seems to fix it for one usage.
How do you clean the k cup side of the unit?

My machine was working great, then the red heating light started blinking. The hot water side dispenses hot, but the coffee option does not work and the light won't stop blinking.
If you experience no flow- the reservoir has frozen solid.. unplug and let thaw 3-4 hours.. don’t take it apart.. you will break it… trust me..
In another video people complained in the comment section about the coffee being too watered down? Have you tried using it with your own coffee in the little mesh coffee cup that is provided with the machine? Thank you.

Some have complained that the hot water does not dispense efficiently. Do you find that it would be sufficient to dispense a couple cups of hot water for things like tea or hot cocoa for guests ?
Great machine,. But can get around 2-3 10oz cups of hot water, then you have to wait a bit for water to go up to the unit and heat up
My hot water delivers about 8oz tgen after a 30 second wait... It'll go beck yo heating the water.
If not using the K-cups for hot coco... There is the hot water dispenser to the right. I've have had literally zero issues with this unit.
I can't believe I'm just now seeing this but... as far as the hot, that is a small issue I have found as well. The little water heater/tank keeps approximately (best I can tell) about 12-15 Oz of water hot. There's really alot of stuff packed in this machine. I'm gushing that in order to keep more water hot for on demand use, the overall size of the machine would also increase. I have found that for my coffee cup (13oz) I use the 6oz button amd swap the k-pod immediately after it brews the first 6. If I have company, it's kind of a drag because someone is waiting for the water tank to heat back up.

There is a process to clean out the path that the water travels. If I remember correctly, it involves vinegar but I don't remember exactly what all is involved. If you reach out to Primo, they will email you the procedure. Every time I've called, I've been able to speak to a human and they've been great to talk to amd help.
Do you have to buy the Primo water bottles or will any 3 or 5 gal bottle work?
As far as I know any of the 3 or 5 gal bottles will work. Not certain though. I've used Primo and ClearWater bottles. Hope this helps.

I live in Florida and have Zephyrhills which is Ready Fresh deliver my spring water.
The delivery guy gave me great advice. Roll the bottles as opposed to lifting them from room to room.

How to remove the drip tray?
To remove the drip tray, with some finess, yet firmly pull straight towards you as you stand facing the machine.
Opposite to install of course. It has small outward tabs that hold it in place. I hope this helps.
Everything was working great purchased in October and now just stopped sucking water up to the unit, compressor is on but doesn't take water up, how do I fix this issue? Love the machine when working
So sorry I have missed this comment until now. If youre having an issue with water pumping... I'd certainly reach out to Primo. They are very consumer friendly.

My k cup dispenser is not sending out the hot water. The motor turns on just no water. Yes, hoses are plugged correctly!
I'm sorry, I'm just now seeing this but hopefully by now you've reached out to Primo. Their customer service so far for me has been second to none. They replaced my dispenser and told me to dispose of the old one. I kept it for our camper.
The second green button is stuck how do you fix it?
I'm sure that would be more of an issue than you'd want to tackle. I'd place a call to Primo. They've always been helpful with me. Sorry I don't have a good answer.
The 6 8 10 oz buttons keep blinking on me after I make coffee and it doesn't brew correctly anymore...anyone know how to fix that?
You find a fix for that. Mine just started doing that this morning!!!!!!

Yes, the machine is as quiet as a kuerig. Very minimal noise. :)

Anyone has the same problem with me? The brewer on my dispenser isn’t brewing properly. Water is coming out everywhere!
I've had an issue exactly as you described with one. It was left in my camper over the winter. I suspect it must've frozen somewhere inside. The hot and cold still work as they should.
As the water is about to finish its fill amount in the coffee dispenser it spits and spews the ending amount all over the back of the work station. Makes a brown coffee mess under the machine and in the water bottle storage area. Primo says it is not a problem they are familiar with. I have been reading something quite different. I like the machine and make alot of coffee. I just got to put up with the mess.

My husband just picked ours up 50+ miles away..... I'm so annoyed! The contact tab button that is on the inside bottom door is just dangling and tabs are broken (box was never opened prior). Door pops open and doesn't stay shut and RED blinking light for the hot water has been blinking FOREVER and water isn't getting hot. With traffic took 4 freaking hours to drive up and back to have this NOT WORKING!!! You can say WE ARE NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!
Hello Marylou, I'm very sorry you're already experiencing issues. Call Primo, they'll make it right. I m in no way affiliated with Primo. I've had mine now for several years and I do have to say that it's my most valued item in my kitchen.
Also, I purchased one for my mother for Christmas last year and hers also works flawlessly.
Note* Something that I did learn...
Visit Primo's website and locate the hTrio dispenser. Don't purchase it yet. Instead sign up for their newsletter and ads. Then keep an eye on your email. In about a week you'll receive a coupon for 20% off. Definitely worth the wait.

the door has to be taped shut. there is a switch inside of the door that mis-aligns and will not pump the new water as if the door were not closed. That needs to be inspected.
