- We pick up a new water cooler and keurig / K-Cup coffee maker. Such a great concept putting the 2 together! Primo Stainless Steel Bottom Load Water Cooler Dispenser with K-Cup Review.
With a Primo water dispenser in your home or workplace, you will drink more water and spend less on sodas and single serve water bottles or at least that is what the hope is. And over the past week I can definitely agree that we are drinking much more water.
Primo water dispenser with k cup is a great cooler. It dispenses very cold water and the hot water is surprisingly hot. What a fast way to make coffee! Plus I have ended up using this for morning Oatmeal and other hot drinks.

One month later still work well I use mine for Chrystal Light and other powdered juice or in liquid for the Keurig part I don't really care for now since I have a regular Keurig.

Just picked ours up at Walmart for $197.00. So far so good. The only thing I’ve noticed is the pump is a little loud after using the cold water. Do you have this issue?

I can’t get my coffee part to work. I made sure all the switches were on. I choose the size and it starts making a noise like it’s brewing but nothing ever comes out.

Does this get connected directly to the tap water line? Hard water has killed two of our Keurigs due to water scale. The scale usually accumulates in the heater tank and gets filled really bad over time restricting flow and such. I get my water from my fridge filtered water but its not enough. Water needs softened for sure.

The coffee maker part in my water distributor broke for the water distributor and hot water were fine has anybody had this issue? Anyone know how to resolve it?

then I had to place it inside my suv which was tough . As I had carseats and strollers 😅and i had to stop at the water filling mill …to fill up the 5gal bottle
Then carry them both to my 2nd floor apt .. just because my husband didn’t want to .🤷🏻♀️. That wasn’t going to stop me from getting this cool dispenser ♥️🙏🏼

Has anyone figured out how to make a stronger cup of coffee with this thing. Someone said pull the cup away before the machine starts pouring out water only into the mug but man that makes me blow thru 3 kcups and takes time. I ended up just making a strong cup with my ninja

Sometimes yes sometimes no. You can get 2 cups on occasion. But we love it. We are actually impressed with how good it works.

I have the same one. Mine doesn’t heat up my water and the red light stays flashing
Normally when the red light is flashing it means it needs water in the water gallon haha and make sure your hot water switch is turned on in the back of the machine
Where can I find those little coffee containers at and what brand are they?
They are called K-cups and you can find them at your grocery store, Costco, Walmart, etc, even Office Supply stores carrying them or buy online and have them delivered to your home.
There’s MANY different brands & flavors including Dunkin Donuts & Tim Horton’s. There’s tea & hot chocolate ones K-cups too! :)

Yea, I bought one of these less than two years ago and the cold water stopped getting cold. Water was warm to a little warmer than room temperature. This water cooler was amazing when it worked. I called Primo and they said sorry the unit is not fixable and you'll have to buy a new one. WTH? Less than two years old and >$300 for this piece of crap and they won't support it? No I wouldn't recommend any Primo products for this very reason.
ours sill works and the water is super cold and the hot is hot enough for us to make tea or oatmeal with. Still no complaints with this unit and would buy again. But good to know about their customer service.
Dealing with the warm water now. I was surprised when I went to get a nice cold glass of water and it was a little above room temp.
No, don’t drink it. You’re supposed to take at least 2 cups out so you can clean it out first 😮 but your ok ✅
